Young in spirit, old in soul, Lobos 1707 Tequila, Joven comes from premium aged, Blue Weber agave Blanco Tequila that is mixed with a measure of Lobos 1707 Tequila, Reposado. It is carbon-filtered, then finished in historic PX wine barrels using the solera method, resulting in a more mature flavor profile than any other Silver or Blanco Tequila.

We leave our Rosa barrels uncharred, allowing the Cabernet to interact directly with the tequila, imparting a subtle pink hue and light floral finish.

Maker Notes

Our Absinthe Verte is produced following the traditions of 19th Century European master distillers. That means we start with a grape distillate base (in our case, this means imported Chilean Pisco) and add the required ingredients to constitute absinthe: anise seed, fennel, and grande wormwood. Other botanicals are also added to our small batch still. Following distillation of this blend, we naturally color the result by steeping the distillate in coloring herbs such as lemon balm and hyssop. The result is a brilliantly emerald green spirit that is the perfect touch for classic cocktails such as The Sazerac. 

The 2023 Edition explores dynamic, multisensory dimensions inspired by the whisky's unique tasting notes, while the addition of 'one cut' of water opens up a new, sensorial world from pear to almond biscotti. THE EXPERIENCE

COLOUR: Golden Barley

NOSE: Elegant fragrance of pears and elderflower with light almond notes and rich vanilla pod

PALATE/TASTE: Sweet and creamy vanilla, juicy pears and lemon peel with delicate oak

FINISH: Medium with sweet oak and almond biscotti

WHISKY MAKER NOTE: At full strength (50.3%) the prominent character of the spirit is pear. When ‘one cut’ of water is added, the strength is reduced to 40%, and almond biscotti steps forward as a flavour.

Cherries and chocolate on the nose and tongue with a spectacularly creamy mouthfeel and an endless finish of cacao, leather, and applewood. Enjoyed neat, or with a drop of water, this special blend will transform werewolves and humans alike.

THE END of one path forms the beginning of another. This is not just our philosophy but our story. Trail’s End is a true-born Kentucky Bourbon aged in charred new American Oak barrels. It then travels west to Hood River, Oregon where it undergoes a unique finishing process and is proofed with glacier-fed spring water from Mt. Hood. What emerges is an instant classic.

A select few barrels of 10-year Kentucky Bourbon follow the spiritual path of the Oregon Trail. Here we finish our bourbon in toasted Oregon Garry Oak casks to heighten the notes of vanilla and spice. Glacier-fed spring water from Mt. Hood completes the vision of our master distiller: A rare bourbon with hallmarks of age and heritage that flourishes with a provenance of its own. 

TASTE: Initial introduction of caramel, vanilla, cherry, and roasted corn with a foundation of warm, earthy notes of summer pine and high desert moss. Bitter orange and delicate hints of lilac are hidden beneath the vanilla and oak.

AROMAS: Considerably less opening bite with the introduction of Garryana Oak. Focused aromas of vanilla, caramel, and cherry, with warm summer pine at the end.

The ‘mosto’ released is then fermented and double distilled, giving Batanga the crisp, bright finish that has won the hearts of people near and far.

Batanga Reposado is aged in American oak barrels lending coffee, vanilla and toffee notes that heighten the warming spices introduced in the production process. The addition of a barrel comes through in bold, complex flavors.
