Dating back to George Washington and the birth of a nation is a proud history of crafting whiskey. Some of the first whiskey distilled in America was Straight Rye. Keeping with the traditions of America’s founding fathers, Buffalo Trace Distillery offers this raw, clear, un-aged and high-proof distillate right off the still. The taste has a hint of spicy rye. This whiskey is known as White Dog. It was later discovered this spirit was perfect for aging and gave way to what we today know as Straight Rye Whiskey. Nordés is Galicia’s very own premium gin, which was created as a celebration of its native land and has quickly become a revolutionary gin, taking the familiar to the next level with its authentic feel and exquisite flavour.

Nordés is Galicia in a bottle. One of its secrets lies in the albariño grape, which is used for its base spirit, something which gives it a smooth aroma with notes of fruit and white flowers. It also has 11 botanicals, 6 of which grow wild in Galicia and give it its fresh, balsamic character. The result is a well-balanced flavour which puts it firmly amongst the very best premium gins around, and makes it the perfect treat for enjoying in good company.

Taylor Dry Sherry is light in color and delicate in flavor with nuances of roasted nuts. It is a classically styled pale dry sherry and is delicious as an aperitif.

Aged onsite at some of the oldest warehouses in the state, this 90 proof whiskey is rich in color with a golden-amber hue. Green River is made with locally sourced corn featuring a mashbill of 70% corn, 21% winter rye and 9% malted barley. The higher rye content contributes warming spice notes on the nose and palate.

Green River Kentucky Straight Wheated Bourbon leads with a beautiful peach and caramel aroma coupled with apricot and cinnamon. Bursting with flavor, on the palate you’ll find toffee, pastry and hazelnut that guide toward a honeyed finish that’s smooth and balanced. A wonderful take on a classic Kentucky mashbill of 70% Kentucky-grown corn, 21% wheat, and 9% malted barley, the wheated expression lends itself to easy drinking while holding its own distinct character.
