The apricot, considered a close cousin of the plum, originally comes from China where it has been cultivated for more than 2000 years. In France, it is thanks in particular to Louis XIV, the “Sun King”, that the apricot takes off. Giffard has selected apricots from Roussillon for their firm, sweet and very fragrant flesh.

Our Reposado Cristalino is a one-of-a-kind, complex and smooth tequila. Crafted from hand-selected piñas which are harvested at peak maturity from our family farms and then roasted in traditional stone ovens. Aged for months in Eastern European oak barrels and finished in California Cabernet Sauvignon wine casks. Then, as a final step, the tequila is slow-filtered to create a rich, complex and ultra-smooth crystal-clear Cristalino tequila that you will love drinking.

Gran Coramino Cristalino is so good that it can be enjoyed by itself. The liquid’s sweet and spicy flavors make for a complex pour. Take in the aromas of oak and cooked agave and savor the taste of vanilla bean, toffee, dark berries, and light spice. Ypióca Cachaça Prata, a Brazilian rum crafted from freshly extracted sugarcane juice, undergoes a two-year aging process in Brazilian freijó wood barrels and is adorned with a straw covering woven from carnaúba palm.

With a bouquet reminiscent of tea, Ypióca Cachaça Prata boasts a velvety texture, featuring nuanced flavors such as caramel, buttered toffee, fruit, and pepper. Clocking in at 40% alcohol by volume, it exhibits a slightly sweeter profile compared to its counterpart, Ouro, while presenting a milder woody essence.

An oak-aged cachaça, brimming with delightful notes of vanilla, coffee, caramel, and more. Encased in palm leaves, each bottle is a testament to the artisanal dedication and love for cachaça, showcasing the skillful craftsmanship of the Ipioca distillery.

The first batch of Beluga Noble Russian Vodka was produced in 2002. It was the first and the dearest to our hearts! This was the result of the meticulous hard work of the Mariinsk Distillery masters. The refined, rich taste of Beluga Noble Russian Vodka results from its unique composition, mainly due to the malt spirit and the purest water of the Siberian artesian wells. This helps to smoothen the taste of vodka.

These carefully selected natural components pass through a triple filtering system. Afterwards, Beluga Noble is left to «rest» for thirty days. Such method helps to neutralize the harsh smell of the spirit and to enhance the rich taste and soft flavor of Beluga Russian Noble Vodka.

Whiskeysmith Chocolate forges together the rich and velvety essence of chocolate with notes of vanilla and subtle spice found only in true oak aged whiskey, blended together to create a perfect pairing. It was awarded a Gold medal in the 2020 John Barleycorn Awards.

In the early 1970s, German universities popularized a delectable concoction made from apple juice and grain spirit (korn), which soon became the favored choice for igniting parties. The delightful "Apfelkorn" cocktail was subsequently introduced as a pre-mixed offering, conveniently available in various bottle sizes. Situated near one of Germany's renowned fruit-growing regions, the Schoenauer Distillery was among the trailblazers in distributing Apfelkorn to retailers and bars.
