Tasting Notes

Distilled from the highest-grade American corn, Monkey In Paradise Vodka is seven times distilled, seven times carbon-filtered to produce a pure, smooth, drinkable vodka (this is six times more than other vodkas). Monkey In Paradise Vodka is produced by demineralizing water with a proprietary five ppm reverse osmosis system. This extreme level of purification takes 11 gallons of water to produce one "paradise pure" gallon of water for the distillation process. After this meticulous process, the spirit is filtered in copper stills, reducing sulfites naturally to deliver a purer, cleaner taste. Finally, the vodka is charcoal filtered three times, allowing the alcohol and water to age and rest together at four different proof levels. Because the more you filter and allow for "age settling," the smoother the final product. This premium vodka is exceptionally elegant. Distilled and bottled in Palm Beach Florida using only premium ingredients, including non GMO corn. Monkey In Paradise Vodka was unanimously awarded to be the highest rated vodka in the World in 2017. 

Our agaves are 100% Blue Weber, aged 7-9 years, from the rich clay soil of the Highlands of Jalisco, Mexico.

At the Secret Garden Distillery our botanicals are hand-harvested and dried in our drying room, before being distilled and infused to create The Herb Garden Damask Rose & Juniper Gin.

Used in tinctures and tonics of eras gone by, the Damask Rose, know as the Apothecary Rose, is subtle in fragrance and naturally floral in flavor; producing a romantic companion to our perfectly distilled Gin.

Tasting Notes: A lovely golden gin with aromas of rose and hints of juniper. It tastes like Turkish Delight with some light citrus and candied cherry. It’s a gorgeous, delicate gin that is as refreshing as it is beautiful.

Buckle up. Bushmills Single Malt Whiskey 16 year old is is truly one of the great whiskeys of the world. Aged for about 15 years in a combination of Oloroso Sherry and bourbon-seasoned casks, and then finished for about 9 months in port wine pipes (large barrels unique to making port wine.) This single malt shows its layers of flavor, juicy fruits, nuts and spice, as well as a hint of ruby redness. It’s best enjoyed neat. Okay, maybe one small cube of ice to open it up.

Introducing Conor McGregor's highly anticipated Irish Whiskey, Proper No. Twelve. The whiskey is produced by the mixed martial artist's company Eire Born Spirits at the oldest whiskey distillery in Ireland. McGregor and his Master Distiller Elder, previously of Guinness, took painstaking measures to bring the whiskey to fruition. Proper No. Twelve is triple-distilled blend of fine golden grain and single malt. It is aged in ex-Bourbon casks and bottled at 40% ABV. "I come from a place called Crumlin, in Dublin 12. It's a place dear to my heart. It's where I learned how to fight; it made me who I am today. It's a place I'm still very much a part of every single day of my life. So, that's where the name came from. It's proper Irish whiskey and twelve is my hometown," said McGregor. Launched September of 2018, McGregor's dreams of having his own Irish whiskey have been brought to life. "Growing up on the streets of Dublin 12, I learned the values of loyalty and hard work. I respect other Irish whiskeys, but I am coming in strong, with passion and with purpose. I am the founder of this company and I am going to give it my all." Aged to perfection in former whiskey barrels for up to 12 months, Lost Lore High Proof Reposado "La Catrina" is a beautifully balanced tequila that showcases the expertise of Master Distiller Sergio Cruz at the renowned NOM 1414 distillery, operated by the Vivanco family. With a strength of 98 proof (49% ABV), this reposado offers a rich and complex flavor profile, highlighted by deep notes of cooked agave, creamy vanilla, and the subtle warmth of oak from its time in the barrel.

Maker Notes

The making and selling of vermouth in Catalonia, has been documented since the second half of the nineteenth century. At that time, the export of wine and local brandies from the area around Tarragona was really taking off and parallel to this positive industrial and commercial climate, vermouth was able to take root there as a new wine product.

Our Padró & Co. Rojo Clásico is a tribute to the vermouth which was sold originally from wine cellars or enjoyed religiously every Sunday at noon. We want to evoke those herby and slightly medicinal aromas which can transport you back, even now, to the atmosphere inside those local bars and cafés.

Nose: Aromas of sweet spices, cinnamon and clove, in particular, as well as tones of candied fruits.

Mouth: A creamy and fresh palate followed by memories of slightly bitter Mediterranean herbs.

A revival of an old Hood River Distillers small batch recipe, Old Delicious Double Bourbon Barreled Apple Brandy begins as Pacific Northwest apples, which are crushed, fermented and distilled according to Old World methods at Clear Creek Distillery.  The Apple Brandy is then twice rested in first fill Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey Barrels.  A nod to the history of the Hood River Valley, Old Delicious celebrates the bounty of the Pacific Northwest.

Angel’s Envy Kentucky Straight Bourbon is finished in port wine casks for an award-winning spirit. We guide each batch’s conditioning, blending our handcrafted bourbon in small batches of 8 to 12 barrels at a time.

It’s typically aged for up to 6 years. While we lose about 5% of the spirit each year to evaporation, or “the Angel’s Share,” what’s left behind after we’re done is truly worthy of envy.

Once it’s deemed ready, we finish our bourbon in ruby port wine casks, which adds subtly distinct flavor nuances that enhance the whiskey without challenging it. Our port finishing process lasts between three to six months, depending on taste.

We use 60-gallon ruby port barrels made from French oak and imported directly from Portugal. This creates a whiskey of unprecedented smoothness, sweetness and balance.

Appearance: Gold color laced with reddish amber hues, nearly copper in tone

Nose: You’ll detect notes of subtle vanilla, raisins, maple syrup and toasted nuts

PALATE: Vanilla, ripe fruit, maple syrup, toast and bitter chocolate

THE PRODUCT
T’MARO AMARO is the first and only of its kind. It’s an ultra-premium, herbaceous modern liqueur made with selected botanicals and only sweetened by organic dates from the Coachella Valley. There is no added sugar, artificial flavors or colors. We add the botanicals into our date spirit where we let it macerate until ready, then bottle it using a light filtration. Each label is applied by hand using paper made from upcycled palm fronds.

THE STORY
Chef Elizabeth Falkner and beverage-alcohol industry veteran Heather Freyer were inspired by the history, flavors and the mysticism of Amaro. They wanted to make their Amaro using all-natural ingredients without added sugar, colors or flavors. During the innovation process they decided to use dates as the natural sweetener, a product Chef Elizabeth frequently loves to use in her cooking. While learning more about dates and the resilience of the date tree, they discovered a way to make date spirit. The Eau de Vie (spirit) was so delicious they decided they had to bottle it on its own and share it with the world.
