The fighting 69th has long celebrated its Irish heritage, and in this tradition, we bring you their first Irish Whiskey. In the 19th century, Irish whiskey was the most popular spirit in the world, and today, it is the fastest growing whiskey category in the world. This fine whiskey is a tribute to the Irish-American spirit and a perfect tribute to America’s own Irish Brigade!

We use only the finest high quality distilling grains. Our mash bill consists of the finest barley and malted barley, which gives Irish whiskey its unique and distinctive character. We use a variety of mash bills and complete the minimum 3 year aging process in bourbon casks. We then create a variety of distillates using unique secondary cask finishing.

Our whiskey is triple-distilled in handmade copper pot stills, uniquely designed for maximum vapor and copper interaction. Our Fighting 69th Irish whiskey is a unique and superb blend of three distinct distillates, which undergo separate finishing processes. We then choose which finishes, in the right proportions, create the optimal blend.

All of our whiskies are matured in once used bourbon casks for a minimum of 3 years. We then secondarily finish our whiskies in a variety of other casks, including Single-Char casks, Double-Char casks, Oloroso Sherry casks, Rum casks, and Port casks. This uniquely finished blend results in a fine distillate that is both of robust character and a full smooth finish, a fitting tribute to the Fighting 69th Regiment!

First launched for the US market in late 2010, Evan Williams Cherry Reserve is a superb addition to their liqueur range (which also contains the superb Honey variant). This stuff is based on the award-winning bourbon, with natural cherry essences.

Clase Azul Tequila Reposado is a symbol of Mexican tradition and culture. Situated in the village of Old Meldrum in the Scottish Highlands, the Glen Garioch (pronounced Glen Geery) Distillery was founded in 1797 by John and Alexander Manson. The distillery is one of the oldest in Scotland, and takes its name from the Valley of the Garioch, which is situated adjacent to the distillery and is known for producing the finest barley in all of Scotland. The distillery the most easterly in Scotland enjoys the temperate climate and cool breeze that are ideal for the production and maturation of whisky. Glen Garioch Single Malt Scotch Whisky is made from barley harvested from the Valley of the Garioch. After the barley has been harvested, it is mashed and fermented with water drawn from the Silent Spring. In 1968, production of whisky at Glen Garioch Distillery was suspended as the area surrounding the distillery experienced a severe drought. Four years later, an incredibly pure spring was discovered upon a neighboring farm. The Silent Spring, as it came to be known, could neither be seen nor heard without modern instruments, and has been Glen Garioch's water source for over four decades. Once the barley has been fermented, it is distilled twice first through Glen Garioch copper-pot wash still and then again through its spirit still. Glen Garioch 1797 Founder's Reserve Single Malt Scotch Whisky was crafted to celebrate the Manson Brothers, who founded the distillery over two centuries ago. The whisky has a copper-golden hue, along with an aroma of vanilla, dried apples, pears and bright citrus. Notes of dried fruits dominate the palate, and are complemented by touches of ginger, raisins and cinnamon. The finish is sweet and flavorful, with hints of cedar, oak and cloves. Glen Garioch Founder's Reserve Single Malt earned the Double Gold Medal at the San Francisco World Spirits Competition in 2011 and 2012, and a score of 92 points from Wine Enthusiast Magazine.

CAMUS BORDERIES VSOP is a Single-Estate Cognac produced exclusively from CAMUS’ own magnificent vineyards in the very heart of the prestigious Borderies Appellation.

Borderies is the oldest and smallest cru in the appellation, representing less than 5% of the cognac AOC. With its 188 hectares (464 acres), CAMUS owns the largest extension of vineyards belonging to one single producer within the Cru. Thanks to their unique clay-limestone soil rich in flints, our parcels in the Borderies Cru give origin to a very distinctive Single Estate VSOP, with deep floral notes.

Crafthouse Classic Cocktails are made from the highest quality all-natural ingredients. They All of our ready to drink cocktails contain no artificial colors, flavors, sweeteners, or preservatives. 

We use only exceptional spirits, collaborating with the finest producers (many of whom are our friends). You will never find malt, low-grade grain neutral spirits or unnamed “brewed alcohols” in our pre-mixed cocktails. 

Each Crafthouse Classic Cocktail is made just as it would be at a cocktail bar. We simply make them in larger batches. It is important to note that unlike many RTD’s (ready to drink) in the market, our cocktails each have their own ABV (alcohol by volume). You would never expect a Moscow Mule and an Old Fashioned to contain the same percentage alcohol, would you? 

Our cocktails in cans are not watered down. They have full and distinct flavor while still maintaining an accessible profile. Carefully curating our lineup, we worked diligently to provide something for every taste, occasion and mood. 

In alignment with our team’s individual concern for the impact on the environment, Crafthouse Cocktails strives to make sustainable decisions. Sourced from the deserts of San Luis Potosí, our 14 year old Salmiana is cooked in a 200 year old oven made from brick layered upon stone for 7 days using steam seeping through Sabine wood floors. This process allows our mezcal to maintain the truest flavor profiles of a ripe Salmiana agave. 

After 7 days of gradually applied heat, our Salmiana begins the maceration with a Roman concrete double tahona. Our juices then flow via copper grates into a larger pit, finishing the maceration process with a large single tahona stone for the perfect extraction. The aguamiel then flows through copper grates into our open air vats where we use natural fermentation ignited with pulque from the very same Salmiana. After 3 full days, we then distill through our 200 year old copper still, twice. 

A bright, clean and vegetal nose with robust aromas of crisp green bell pepper, fresh cut grass and lemon peel. Upon your first sip, we awaken your palate with a hint of olive and fresh Serrano pepper, cooked Salmiana, and a distinct creamy mouthfeel, which then finishes with lemon zest, green poblano pepper, and an elegance that lingers gracefully.
