We could tell you about how Bib & Tucker’s award-winning smoothness stops you in your tracks, but maybe it’s better to tell you why. For that we go back to the 1880s. It was a time of immense accomplishment. Cities grew, territories were claimed, skyscrapers went up, railroad tracks went down. To create its singular flavor profile, we age it for 10 years in the hills of Tennessee and choose not to chill-filter as is popular with many bourbons.
