Tasting Notes
Clear and golden straw in colour, White X Cognac offers the delicacy of a youthful Cognac but boasts rich flavours that linger. It is fresh and light on the nose with a slight sweetness and intense notes of white and yellow peaches, elegant vanilla, and an undertone of dried rose petals. The palate opens with gentle white stone fruit, creamy and soft vanilla, and a subtle hint of tannin devoid of bitterness. White X Cognac’s finish is meltingly smooth, elegant, and extremely long for a younger Cognac.

COLOUR: Golden straw, excellent clarity.

NOSE: Fresh and light, a slight sweetness, with intense notes of white and yellow stone-fruit (peaches), elegant vanilla and just a hint of dried flower petals (rose).

TASTE: Opens with gentle white stone-fruit, creamy and soft vanilla, a hint of tannin but without a trace of bitterness. The finish is extremely long for a young Cognac and meltingly smooth.

Hennessy Paradis Rare Cognac is is the product of more than 200 different cognacs that have been aged in Hennessy's cellars for up to a century. The cognacs are blended and allowed to age slowly in old oak casks, a process that gives Hennessy Paradis its rare, fine aroma and golden color.
