Poached pear, rose hip syrup, black cherry, and sweet mango create a complex, layered bouquet, while the subtle notes of cedar, mellow oak, butterscotch, praline, honey, and cinnamon add warmth and depth. Palate: The first sip introduces dried fruits, dates, raisins, barley sugar, leather, and oak, followed by the sweetness of butterscotch and praline.
