Cedilla Acai Liqueur
Cedilla Açai Liqueur is a rich and intense liqueur made by infusing Leblon Cachaça with over 500 açai berries from the Amazon, along with ginger root, orange zest, lime peel, and sweet cane juice. The production of cachaça shifted from the Madeira archipelago to Brazil in the late 18th century due to dangerous maritime conditions. Leblon Cachaça, made from sugarcane harvested in the Minas Gerais region of Brazil, undergoes a proprietary fermentation process before being distilled in a copper alambique still and matured in cognac casks. The resulting Cedilla Açai Liqueur is sweet, tart, and spicy, ideal for enjoying on its own or in cocktails.
