Hand-Zested Citrus: Fresh grapefruit, zested by hand, gives  Gin Farallon its uniquely aromatic sweet citrus profile.

Vapor Infusion: We distill the most delicate botanicals using vapor infusion to preserve subtle flavors and aromas.

 Six-Weeks of Relax Time: After distillation, our gins are rested for up to 6 weeks to ensure the development of full flavor complexity before bottling.

Tanglin's Double Gold Winner

Black Powder Gin, our Navy Strength Gin, is a punchy 58% ABV making it an ideal Cocktail Gin, but still super smooth for sipping. Navy Strength Gin has to be above 57%ABV, the strength at which Gin drenched gunpowder still ignites when lit.

TASTING NOTES

NOSE: Gentle citrus nose with a bold Juniper character and pepper note.

PALATE: Velvet smooth with a juniper crispness, spicy citrus, and herbal notes, this Gin has distinct umami with a depth of flavor and a slight sweetness and warmth.

FINISH: Peppery herbal notes with a gentle warmth that embraces, to produce a long and lingering finish that is gentle and smooth.

Handcrafted in Singapore with Real Vanilla

Singapore’s First Gin has been designed to reect the cultures and cuisines of its home country. The usual suspects appear old-world botanicals like Coriander Seed and Liquorice. We then introduce Asian ingredients like Amchoor, rich botanicals like Java Pepper, and Vanilla Planifolia.

TASTING NOTES

NOSE: Gentle citrus nose followed by a herbal and spice note.

PALATE: Smooth and creamy, held over the tongue an earthy herbal flavor appears with a slight sweetness.

FINISH: Long and smooth finish with a slight peppery warmth that lingers.

Maker Notes

Gin Mare evokes the Mediterranean. With its eternal blue sky, its characteristic scent of rosemary, basil, and thyme - Gin Mare is Mediterranean by nature. Made using traditional techniques from the Mediterranean, through a delicate maceration and independent distillation which expresses all of the characteristics of each botanical in every sip.

Cardenal Mendoza Angêlus is a liqueur based around Sherry Brandy, with Seville oranges, lemons, cardamom and clove. The most exclusive part of Cardenal Mendoza, the Angels’ share, takes on a new dimension in the form of a liqueur. Angêlus is a liqueur based around our classic Sherry Brandy.

The Angel's Share

Using the classic Cardenal Mendoza Brandy as its base, Angêlus is made by blending in the essences of the natural ingredients, principally bitter oranges and orange peel and cardamom, and ageing the blend in butts already seasoned with Sherry to achieve perfect balance.

This creates a unique, original and distinctive product which is enormously versatile.

Tasting Notes

Bright mahogany in colour with glinting amber highlights. On the nose it has fresh, intricate citrus and spiced notes which evoke sweet, tangy aromas of dried fruits. The palate offers an explosion of citrus notes, with lots of orangey bitterness from the bitter oranges, a sophisticated hint of spice and a slight toasted note, all balanced by some sweetness. The finish is seemingly endless.

Angêlus is amazingly versatile.

It is delicious on its own or with a little honey as a winter warmer helped by its spicy note. At other times of year it works beautifully neat with ice and a slice of orange, or as a long drink with lemonade or sparkling water. It also makes a very sophisticated version of the Alexander cocktail, shaken with ice and fresh cream. In the kitchen it makes a superb crèpe Suzette and a few drops vastly improve a fruit salad.

An aromatic voyage to the Greek island of Chios, the only place the fabled mastic resin (mastiha) tree grows, distilled to enticing perfection.

Known since the 5th century BC, Chios mastic (mastiha in greek) has been referred to by notables like Herodotus and Hippocrates for its beneficial and digestive properties & unique taste. Once worth its weight in gold, it has been used throughout the Roman, Ottoman and again the modern times as an exotic delicacy.

Amarula Vanilla Spice is a flavoured cream liqueur that won World’s Best Cream Liqueur at the 2020 World Liqueur Awards.

Made from Madagascan vanilla extract; a bold kick of Nigerian ginger; and the rich, sun-ripened marula fruit. We’ve added other warm, sweet spice notes for a smooth, flavourful sip.
