TASTING NOTES

TO THE NOSE: A vibrant bourbon infused vanilla and coconut with layers of zesty citrus fruit, making this Scotch Single Malt from Auchentoshan stand out from the crowd. 

TO THE TONGUE: A refreshingly smooth whisky taste. Lively, with vanilla cream, coconut and white peach. 

TO THE END: Crisp, with sugared grapefruit and a lingering hint of spice.

TASTING NOTES

TO THE NOSE: Blackcurrant, brown sugar, orange, plum and raisin notes are present in our Three Wood.

TO THE TONGUE: Fruit and syrup. Hazelnut with hints of cinnamon and lemon.  A butterscotch sweetness adds to the overall complexity.

TO THE END: A fresh and fruity, smooth whisky with long lasting oaky sweetness.

TO THE NOSE: Fresh tobacco leaf, then some sweetness, layered with a hint of caramelised sugar, green tea and almonds. 

TO THE TONGUE: A smooth whisky taste with a floral freshness and a burst of sweet barley at first. This gently ebbs, revealing a tangy zestness of Auchentoshan whisky. The palate is left alive and refreshed. 

TO THE END: A long, lingering well balanced Single Malt. A dram that invigorates the senses.

TO THE EYE: In appearance, each bottle has a crisp golden honey hue. What gives whisky its colour? The maturing process over 12 years as the liquid comes into contact with the barrel. The longer a whisky matures will determine its colour and flavour profile.

TO THE NOSE: A Single Malt Scotch whisky with a distinctive aroma of crème brulee to the nose with a burst of citrus and then the signature nuttiness and green leafiness you would expect from Auchentoshan.

TO THE TONGUE: A smooth whisky taste with sweet notes along with hints of tangerine and lime characterise this 12 year old.

TO THE END: This particular whisky offers a gingery and slightly dry finish with a pleasant, lingering nuttiness.
