Old Pueblo is a spirit unique to the American Southwest. Made from two-row barley that is malted and smoked over a velvet mesquite fire, mashed, fermented, copper pot distilled, and bottled on site.

On the nose Old Pueblo offers notes of desert campfire and dried ancho chili. The palate is rounded with white chocolate and balanced minerality. With a spirit this unique and diverse, it can be enjoyed neat, or to elevate any cocktail.

Whiskey Del Bac Dorado is a single malt whiskey with the true character of the American Southwest. Using the Scottish model of whisky-making, Dorado is made from 100% barley that is malted and smoked over a velvet mesquite fire, mashed, fermented, copper pot distilled, aged, and bottled on-site.

Dorado has a nose of tobacco and chocolate, giving way to desert campfire embers, and finishing with soft tannins and sweet toffee on the palate. Dorado has a 90 point rating from Whisky Advocate.

Classic opens with bright stone fruits on the nose and is balanced with a sweet caramel and oak finish. It was named one of the best whiskies in the world by Wine Enthusiast’s Top 100 Spirits list in 2021.

Ode To Islay is an annual limited release. This expression is a bold, heavily-smoked American Single Malt Whiskey inspired by the super-smoky single malts of Islay. Ode To Islay is our way to raise a glass to tradition and pave your own way with Southwestern ingredients. It is heavily mesquited – not peated. This small batch whiskey release has 900 bottles nationwide. Each bottle has an ABV of 55% and is 110 proof.

Frontera is an annual limited release. We take Whiskey Del Bac Classic American Single Malt Whiskey originally aged in new American White Oak, then finish it in Pedro Ximénez Sherry botas. This American Single Malt is named after the medieval city, Jerez de la Frontera, which sits on what was once the edge of Spain and is known as the world capital of sherry wine. There are 1,200 bottles nationwide. Each has an ABV of 48.5% and is 97 proof.
