After being fermented with a proprietary, family owned yeast strain, the agave juice is double distilled in copper lined pots. Aged in bourbon barrels for three years and finished in Agricole Rum Casks, this limited-edition extra añejo boasts an exquisite golden amber color and a rich flavor profile.

Aging: Aged three years in bourbon barrels and finished in Agricole Rum Casks for six months
