The agaves are harvested at peak ripeness, roasted in clay ovens, and distilled with mineral-rich water from 1,500 feet underground, reflecting traditional mezcal techniques. At 48% ABV, Madre Tequila offers a smooth, full-bodied agave flavor with notes of caramel and citrus, suitable for both cocktails and sipping neat. It honors tequila's origins as mezcal, being one of the few additive-free tequilas available today.
