Maestro Dobel 50 Cristalino is handcrafted in the lowlands of Jalisco, Mexico, using 100% Blue Weber Agaves expertly grown and sourced from a single family-owned estate. It is aged in American and Eastern European oak barrels for a minimum of three years.

Color: To the eye, this perfectly clear cristalino extra-añejo sparkles with steel and platinum reflections. This is the result of the final filtration process that removes the color. The quality of the liquid is evident from the long drops that collect to form pronounced legs on the sides of the glass.

Taste: Discover a creamy and full flavor, with notes of fig, quince, date, pineapple and pumpkin with the pleasing aftertaste of cinnamon, vanilla and cloves left on the tongue.

Aroma: On the nose, a compelling marriage of caramel, honey, cooked agave and dried fruit, such as fig and quince, emerge, with hints of chocolate, tobacco and sweets that make for an enticing, aromatic scent. Some herbal notes add a touch of freshness and lightness with a hint of lingering vanilla and nutmeg on the finish.

Tasting Notes

Pavito begins with a base of Maestro Dobel’s Silver tequila double distilled in copper pot stills- achieving the smoothness that Dobel tequilas are known for. After a brief period macerating the fruits and spices, a third distillation is performed - a first for the Maestro Dobel portfolio - during which the pechuga is placed at the top of the still. The tequila vapors are thus infused with the aromatics of the fruits, spices and savory turkey breast. This intensifies the tequila, creating layers of complexity in the resulting liquid.

We pay tribute to the people who are in charge of showing the roots of Mexico in all their splendor. Who regardless of the region expose accents of culture and tradition with their work; we refer to the Master Craftsmen.

Maestro Dobel Atelier is a collection that every year launches a new hand-painted collection with the technique used to make traditional Oaxacan alebrijes. This year, the 2022 collection pays homage to the same artisans who cover the suits, chairs and hats of our distinctive charros with fine fretwork, and adorn them with silver and gold. 5 different designs inspired by current charro outfits made by Mexican artisans were created.​

In addition to unparalleled bottle quality and artistry, Maestro Dobel Atelier Tequila is like no other. It is an Extra Añejo that is characterized by being aged for 40 months in American and European oak barrels, providing a combination of aromas and flavors such as cooked agave, vanilla tones, dried fruits, spices and a delicious touch of toasted almonds. ​
