At Treecraft Distillery, we believe that necessity is the mother of all invention. Equal to our obsession with distillation, is our devotion to innovation and improvement. Our methods of distilling are as unique and inspiring as our flavors. When it comes to distilling, we believe that there are many ways to do it better. Thankfully, our way of doing it better is also good for the environment, our community and anyone fortunate enough to taste from a batch of our intelligently crafted artisanal spirits.

Our Vodka is distilled from a special mash comprised mainly of California white wheat. This Vodka is only distilled to 170 proof leaving the taste of the grain in the spirit. The white wheat gives this vodka a unique grain forward flavor profile, offering it the perfect finish ideal for a martini.

Maker Notes

Our Chocolate Bourbon is created by cold macerating Dandelion Chocolate nibs with Treecraft Bourbon.  We selected Dandelion’s Costa Esmeraldas nibs from northern Equador because they have the taste of chocolate buttercream frosting with bananas creating a perfect balance of flavors.
