Utilizing four distinct agave harvests from diverse terroir, each with its own unique profile, we present four tequila expressions. Our 8-month reposado in American oak, 2-year añejo in American oak, 3-year extra añejo in French oak, and 5-year extra añejo in American oak each reveal nuanced flavors. Blending them in precise proportions highlights their individual qualities, resulting in a sophisticated spirit with unparalleled balance and complexity. Our cooking process involves slow cooking in autoclaves, while juice extraction is carried out using customized standard mills. Fermentation utilizes proprietary and natural occurring yeast, and distillation occurs in copper pots.

Agaves from select ranches in the Jalisco Highlands, aged 7 to 10 years, are harvested exclusively. Mature agaves are sourced to maintain sugar content and fermentation quality, avoiding processing during the hot summer months. The distillery, located in Tequila, utilizes mineralized water from a deep well near the Tequila volcano. Agaves are gently cooked in an autoclave and extracted using modified mills to preserve sweetness. Fermentation with a combination of well water and natural/specially developed yeast maintains complexity. Distillation occurs in copper alembic stills, preferred for their ability to prevent the formation of toxic chemicals.
