Our Sheffield’s Marsala has aromas of rich brown sugar, toasted almonds and oak, with flavors of stewed apricot, chocolate, tamarind, vanilla and honey.

Serve as an after-dinner aperitif or pair with salty or strong flavors such as olives, parmesan cheese, and salted nuts. Add our Marsala in dishes to add a nutty flavor and caramelization to savory entrees, such as beef tenderloin, mushrooms, pan sauces and of course in Chicken Marsala.
