Kentucky Peerless Distilling Co. traces their roots back to the 1880's, to the heart of Henderson Kentucky. Peerless Whiskey was founded by a businessman with a bold personality Henry Kraver, who revived the brand from the brink of ruin in the late 1880s. Under Kraver's guidance, rose from the ashes, increasing production 25-fold. But the growth of the brand was subsequently stunted by the very unforgiving era of Prohibition. Now, a century later, Peerless Whisky is in the hands of Kraver's great-grandson Corky Taylor and great-great-grandson Carson Taylor. Keeping Kraver's legacy alive, the duo has resurrected the brand, even distilling under the original Distilled Spirits Plant number, DSP-KY-50 in a centuries-old warehouse in downtown Louisville, near the Ohio River. Peerless Whiskey is distilled using a process that values quality over cost. They use a sweet mash, which is costlier than the more commonly used sour mash. The spirit also enters the barrel at a lower 107 proof, which results in the use of 17% more barrels. Water is added before the maturation process as opposed to after, transforming it from a dilutant to an ingredient. The straight rye is non-chill filtered and bottled at barrel strength, revealing a robust, authentic, unadulterated whiskey that was ranked No.15 by Whisky Advocate, on their list of Top 20 Whiskies of 2017. Peerless Kentucky Straight Rye Whiskey is an incredibly well-balanced whiskey with smooth, sweet notes of brown sugar, oak, and citrus. Black Button Distilling is a true testament to all that New York State has to offer. Our Four Grain Straight Bourbon Whiskey offers a unique character that represents our locally grown grains, while being approachable for all bourbon lovers. As a New York State farm distiller, we use only the finest corn, wheat, rye and malted barley —each sourced just a short drive from our distillery. We don’t just call ourselves a farm distillery, we get our hands dirty to earn that name. 

In 2018 Black Button purchased a farm, not only to start producing juniper and other botanicals for our gin, but to grow the oak to make our own barrels. To accomplish this, we will be using the beautiful white oaks already on the property, as well as planting new saplings. From wood, to grain, to your glass, this bourbon is Black Button. Our mash bill takes its time aging, waiting patiently for our distillers to taste the unique Black Button character in every sip. Litchfield Distillery was founded in 2014 by brothers David, Jack, and Peter Baker the self-titled "Batchers". They come from a family that has been in the water-bottling business for 3 generations and are the ones behind Crystal Rock bottled water. Based in Connecticut, they had all the experience needed to run a family business, as well as a keen taste for spirits. Seeing the blossoming craft breweries, they decided to jump head-first into distilling. Litchfield Distillery crafts small-batch spirits of exceptional quality using local ingredients. They take pride in their hard-work mentality, unwillingness to compromise, adopting sustainable practices, and taking care of the local community. The boutique distillery has a range of award-winning craft spirits in its lineup that is overseen by their head distiller James McCoy. The range includes Straight Bourbon Whiskey, Double Barrelled 10YO Bourbon Whiskey, Gin, Vodka, as well as several flavored offerings: Vanilla Bourbon, Maple Bourbon, Cinnamon Bourbon, Apple Vodka, Blueberry Vodka, Peach Vodka, and others. More recently they entered the ready-to-drink canned cocktail market with Spiked Lemonade, The Litchfielder, and Batcherita, all using their in-house spirits and natural flavors. Their Batchers' Coffee Bourbon is crafted with arabica beans that are roasted and ground to cold brew specifications by Baronet Coffee from Windsor. The ground beans are then steeped in cold distilled water for 24 hours in the same way cold brew coffee is made, before being infused into their in-house bourbon during the proofing. Simply put, the bourbon is cut down to 86 proof using cold brew coffee instead of water. The bitterness is toned down and the result is a smooth and complex flavored whiskey with a distinct earthiness.

Founded in 1757 by Matthias McManus, Kilbeggan Distillery, Ireland's oldest active distillery, sits on the Brosna riverbanks, abundant in whiskey-making essentials: water, grains, and turf. Passed to John McManus, he managed it until his execution during a local uprising. Ownership changed hands often for two centuries. After closing in 1957, local efforts and John Teeling's Cooley Distillery helped reopen Kilbeggan in 2007. This single grain whiskey, made from 94% corn and 6% malted barley, ferments in wooden washbacks and is double-distilled in copper pot stills, preserving raw flavors. The second distillation uses Ireland's oldest pot still. Aged in former bourbon casks for a minimum of four years.

This award-winning bourbon is distinctly American in that it forges a path all its own. To create its singular flavor profile, we age it for 10 years in the hills of Tennessee and choose not to chill-filter as is popular with many bourbons. This gives us an even greater depth of flavor going into the bottle. Incredibly well balanced, it’s a standout bourbon for moments that are to be remembered.

TASTING NOTES

Nose: leads with the scent of vanilla layered with sweet roasted corn, toasted oak, and pipe tobacco.

Palate: starts with a velvety entry marked by a hint of well-balanced sweetness. It fulfills the promise of its nose before evolving into a warm, slightly dry, cocoa covered mid-palate.

Finish: enrobes the senses with a rich, warming, and full-bodied finish of spicy cedar and kettle corn.

We were proud to craft the collector's line of Beluga Transatlantic Racing in honor of The Russian Yachting Team, which has achieved brilliant victories at a number of prestigious competitions in the Mediterranean and Atlantic Regattas. The recipe of this kind of Beluga differs from other vodkas in the Beluga constellation: In the process of filtration, the spirit passes through natural cotton.

The resting period is increased to 45 days, making its taste even more delicate. Such treatment results in a fresh aftertaste and the elite smoothness of Beluga Transatlantic Racing. The bottle's design clearly reflects marine motifs: The label features a golden anchor on a deep navy-blue background. There is also a little Beluga fish on the bottle's neck in shiny gold.

Chairman’s Reserve The Forgotten Casks is an extra-aged sipping rum crafted to mimic rum found in the original forgotten casks of Chairman’s Reserve, which were preserved from St. Lucia Distillers horrific fire on May 2, 2007. The cellar master was forced to find unusual storage space for his rum barrels during the rehabilitation of the distillery, and these casks were misplaced during this time of confusion. These “forgotten casks” resulted in rum which was too old for the original Chairman’s Reserve blend, so it was decided that this rum would be released on its own and was received with worldwide acclaim. St. Lucia Distillers continues to hold back select Chairman’s Reserve for extra aging to offer a limited release of “The Forgotten Casks."

RUM BLEND: A blend of Coffey and pot stills

MATURATION: The original Chairman's Reserve recipe is matured an additional three years in ex-bourbon barrels after blending, for a soft elegant blend of rum from 8-11 years old. 

TASTING NOTES

Rich, dark, gold mahogany color with an intense nose of sweet raisins, cigar tobacco, amber honey and vanilla. A warm palate offers grilled tropical fruit and candied walnuts rounded with soft spices that persist throughout a long wonderful finish.

Kentucky Owl was founded by Charles Mortimer Dedman, a local pharmacist, in 1879. After marrying his wife, Dedman was given a large parcel of land on the banks of the Kentucky River, as a wedding gift from his adopted father who was a local town judge. C.M. Dedman Distillery was established here on the banks of the Kentucky River, producing "The Wise Man's Bourbon" under Distilled Spirits Plant Designation "No. 16," one of Kentucky's original distilleries and part of a booming industry. Kentucky Owl achieved much success and production continued until Prohibition halted distillation. The family-run facility was no match for the "forces of teetotalism, temperance and eventually, the Feds" (producer). In 1916, Prohibition left several local distilleries with ample reserves of bourbon. As for Kentucky Owl, approximately 250,000 gallons of bourbon were left over in various stages of aging. Today these reserves would be worth about $40 million in inventory. After Federal agents descended on the Dedman's distillery, the bourbon was seized and shipped up the river by barge to the state capital in Frankfort for "safekeeping" in a warehouse. This batch of Kentucky Owl Straight Rye was released in September of 2017. The nose features elements of sweet pine, honey, nougat, vanilla, cloves, and lavender, followed by oaky undertones, subtle cedar sawdust or fresh split cedar. This rye is unique in that it offers rich aromas, without being too forwardly spicy on the nose. The palate is flush with immediate, mouthcoating notes of nutmeg and cinnamon, followed by pepper spice with vanilla on the front and anise across the middle. Subtle cinnamon spice clings to the finish.

Lexington Bourbon is the product of Western Spirits Beverage Company. This whiskeyprides itself on adhering to Kentucky bourbon traditions. Unabashedly emphasizing sweet and vanilla notes this highly nuanced bourbon is named after a horse named Lexington, one of the top sires of the 19th century who sired the Duke of Magenta -- one of the most successful racehorses in the United States in the 19th century. Lexington is a relatively young spirits brand, being founded by Western Spirits in 2012. This 86 proof Lexington Bourbon combines the highest quality grains of rye, malted barley, and corn with purified water. The rye imparts the perfect level of spice onto the spirit, and the malted barley lets the sweetness of the corn shine through the spirit, offering sensational flavors, and a depth of character boasting deep aromas of the aged oak with just a hint of vanilla. This spirit is aged for several years in Kentucky's finest charred white oak barrels, yielding a top-quality flavor that was rated 95 by Tasting Panel Magazine. The highly acclaimed bourbon was also awarded a Gold medal at the 2015 San Francisco World Spirits Competition.

Situated in the foothills of the Cascade Mountains, Ransom Distillery sits on a 40-acre farm just outside Sheridan, Oregon. The distillery, which opened its doors in 1997, was named after the funds required to start the business. "I had always wanted to start my own business," says Tad Seestedt, owner and master distiller at Ransom Spirits, "and I thought that Ransom was an appropriate name in that its definition is buying your freedom or independence with money. The money I had to borrow from the bank to start the business was my Ransom." Ransom Spirits' The Emerald 1865 Straight American Whiskey is Seestedt's attempt to recreate a traditional Irish Whiskey. "We know that the Irish Whiskey of today little resembles its 19th century predecessors," says Seestedt, "but fortune gave us two good turns: a British excise agent who recorded an Irish mash bill in 1865, and our friend David Wondrich, who found said recipe pouring over the microfiche annals of history and passed it along to us." The Emerald 1865 Straight American Whiskey is made from a mash of malted barley, unmalted barley, rye and oats. Once the grains have been harvested (a portion of the grains are grown organically on Seestedt's own farm), they are milled and mashed before being distilled on a handmade, direct-fired alembic pot still. Following distillation, the whiskey is matured for three years in a combination of American oak and French oak casks. Then, the whiskey is hand-bottled, waxed and labeled. The Emerald has a bold aroma of oats, malt and earthy minerals. The aroma gives way to a rich, structured flavor profile, with notes of caramel, green herbs and fresh whipped cream. 

Similar to a peach, Nectarines are a “stone” fruit known for their fresh and crisp taste. They’re grown throughout the warmer temperate regions of both the Northern and Southern hemispheres. 44º North® blends them with smooth Potato Vodka for a rich, natural flavor.

There were also countless unlicensed distilleries at the time, producing diverse styles of poitn, whiskey, gin and even absinthe. But through a series of unfortunate events, the Irish Whiskey Industry dried to a trickle in the 1970's. Glendalough Distillery is part of a revival of this Irish heritage. Their philosophy is "to make innovative spirits while staying true to the tradition and heritage of our ancestors." Glendalough started out making poitn the traditional Irish distillate made in small pot stills. From there they seamlessly transitioned to whiskey production, and most recently, seasonal,wild botanical gins. All of their production is handmade. This unique single grain, is a light and floral whiskey distilled in a Coffey still from a mash bill of Irish malted barley and corn. "It spends three and a half years in American oak first-fill Bourbon barrels before being finished for six months in Spanish Oloroso sherry casks. The Bourbon barrels impart deep, robust chocolate and caramel notes, while the Oloroso casks lighten the palate with fruitier notes and touches of nutty tones. With both barrels being oak, you get that beautiful vanilla thread youd expect to run through an Irish whiskey. Both barrels are porous too, allowing Ireland's temperate, maritime air through to make its impression" (producer).

18YO Single Malt & 8YO Single Grain Irish Whiskey with a Sherry Cask Finish

Hyde No.6 is created using 18 Year Old Single Malt and 8 Year Old Single Grain Irish whiskey which were both originally aged in flame charred American Bourbon barrels. These two carefully chosen vintages are then married together for a further 9 months of ‘finishing’ in Spanish, Vintage, toasted, Oloroso sherry cask Butts, which is why we call it ‘Double Wood’. Each Oloroso Sherry butt is 491 Litres / 108 gallons in size.

NOSE: Delightfully floral notes of vanilla, sweet, honey, caramel, chocolate, and mixed fruit, infused with spices.

TASTE: Wonderfully smooth yet complex, creamy yet fruity with notes of caramel, honey, apricot, and apple, with a silky rich texture.

FINISH: Rich & Oaky. It lingers in the mouth with a rich long finish

This centuries old tradition is distilled from sugar beets and malted barley, before being subtly aged in virgin oak casks.

Using whey alcohol from the local dairy farmers here in Cork, together with our own natural well water and an interesting mix of foraged and sustainably sourced botanicals, we have hand-crafted a gin that highlights the character of Bertha in her prime.

And what a name!! The mere mention of it raises eyebrows, poses question, taxes the mind and brings a smile to the lips. Hurrah, our work here is nearly done!

Working alongside local forager Geraldine Kavanagh, only the freshest botanical ingredients are foraged in the wild Wicklow country side. Small batches of this award winning seasonal gin are distilled in Holstein copper stills. No more than 3,000 bottles are produced each season, and each season yields a different character, creating something really special. "The unpredictable Irish weather resulting in an ever changing array of botanicals, berries and fruit. Each season will bring a different gin with varying taste and style" (producer).

Deep within the scenic Carlow countryside, sits the 18th century home of the Walsh Whiskey. The family owned and operated company was founded by Bernard and Rosemary Walsh, previous owners of a ski chalet in France, in search of the perfect Irish whiskey with which to spike their famous coffee. Eventually, their search led them to the founding of their whiskey brand Irishman in 1999. Set out to rediscover Irish-style Whiskey as it was made 200 years ago, they initially contracted their distilling to Bushmills. After becoming successful they were eventually able to build their own distillery. The Walsh Whiskey ceremoniously opened in June of 2016, in the heart of Southern Irish farm country where they produce four versions of The Irishman, three Writer's Tears, and two varieties of Irish Cream Liqueur. The picturesque Walsh Whiskey marks the return of Whiskey distilling to County Carlow for the first time in over 200 years. With its three specially crafted imported pot stills built in the legendary Scottish Forsyths and two, forty plate column stills. They are the only independent Irish Whiskey distillery to produce the three styles of Irish Whiskey pot still, malt, and grain under one roof, in one still room. Walsh Whiskey has the capacity to produce 650,000 cases of Whiskey per annum. Writers' Tears is a truly unique vatting of Single Malt and Single Pot Still whiskeys. This expression is non-peated and triple distilled from 60% Pot Stilland 40% Malt. After being distilled the Irish whiskey is matured and aged in American Oak bourbon casks. This incredibly aromatic, flavorful expression won a Gold medal at the International Spirits Challenge in London. It is also one of the highest rated Irish Whiskeys in Jim Murrays Iconic "Whiskey Bible." "Altogether a very unusual Irish Whiskey, a throwback to the last century where spiced Pure Pot Still whiskey was married with Floral Single Malt" Jim Murray. It has also been added to Ian Buxton's publication "101 Whiskeys to try before you die."

Created in 2003, this unique vodka was one of the first luxury variants of the spirit to arrive on the market. It is inspired by old traditions where casks would be left outside in the freezing winter cold as a form of filtration. The grains are sourced from their single Kerschinskoye estate in the Tambov region of Russia, where the extremely fertile black soil yields grains of the highest quality. These are then meticulously inspected before being triple-distilled. The distillate is then shipped to the Latvijas Balzams facility in Riga, Latvia. The dilution takes place there using artesian well water, which is forced to the surface via natural pressure and pre-filtered while traveling through porous surfaces, as well as being particularly mineral-rich. After that, the spirit is filtered first using fine quartz sand, then charcoal. The third stage of filtration uses elit's signature freeze filtration. The spirit is chilled to -18C and filtered extremely slowly through ion-charged filters. Finally, the 80-proof finished vodka is bottled by hand in stunning slim and elegant receptacles. The premium ultra-smooth elit vodka has garnered numerous awards for its purity and crispness.

Four Pillars Gin launched in 2013, and was among the first craft gin distillers in Australia. Founded by wine makers Stuart Gregor and Cameron Mackenzie, alongside brand expert Matt Jones, the group launched the distillery in Yarra Valley just on the outskirts of Melbourne. Four Pillars Gin is distilled by Cameron Mackenzie through the facility's CARL still named Wilma after spending nearly two years researching and experimenting with botanicals, he came up with the final recipe. The gin is comprised of 10 botanicals: juniper, coriander, cardamom, lemon myrtle, star anise, lavender, cinnamon, Angelica, Tasmanian pepper berry leaf, and whole Australian oranges. The Four Pillars states One day our distiller Cam thought, what would happen if you combined Four Pillars Gin with some of the best Shiraz grapes in Australia This is how Four Pillars Gin Bloody Shiraz was born. Approximately around Easter in 2015, Mackenzie steeped the first Yarra Valley Shiraz grapes in high proof Rare Dry Gin for up to eight weeks.The fruits are first de-stemmed, but are kept whole before being pressed and blended with more Rare Dry Gin.The result is a beautiful vintage spirit that is born anew every year. This 2017 release is a more vibrant ruby color than previous expressions, with the same signature Yarra Valley shiraz qualities - earthiness, complexity and subtle white pepper spice, and a balanced sweetness. This gin is highly aromatic with aromas of fresh pine needles, citrus and spice, and distinct peppery, dense raspberry notes. The palate is lovely and sweet with a long juniper and spice character on the finish. This spirit is cut to proof at 37.8% ABV, which is higher than most berry gins.

Skinnygirl cocktails is the project of author, chef, and entrepreneur Bethenny Frankel, most known for starring in the reality TV show Real Housewives of New York. What started off as a simple pre-mixed bottled Margarita cocktail quickly spiraled into a range of ready to serve cocktails, wines, and flavored vodkas. At one point the Skinnygirl cocktails was one of the fastest growing spirit brands. The label achieved so much success that it was eventually acquired by industry powerhouse, Beam Inc., in March of 2011. The skinny girl line consists of several low-calorie spirits options, as the label was inspired by the idea to bring to the market all of the cocktail options you want, without the extra calories you dont (producer). Skinny Girl Bare Naked Vodka is a silky smooth, crisp vodka, with refreshingly sweet notes. You can enjoy it on ice or in any number of signature cocktails.
