Vieux Pontarlier is craft-distilled in Pontarlier, France, the historic “Capital of Absinthe.” Select botanicals and Pontarlier-grown wormwood, which is considered the finest in the world, are distilled in a chardonnay grape base spirit from Burgundy. Pale peridot green. Slowing dripping ice-cold water produces a lightly green-tinged and billowy opalescent cloudiness. The aroma is fresh, yet slightly briny and spicy with lightly mentholated and cacao notes. The flavors are multi-layered, the grape spirit provides a complex base for subtle herbal undertones, the anise and fennel seed are sweet yet, well balanced, highlighting the minty/menthol taste of true Pontarlier wormwood.

Ploughing Edition (First Crop)
Our first peated expression, matured in ex-Islay barrels and peated quarter casks, is inspired by winter on the farm, when we plough the fields in preparation for spring. We have created a warming, smoky version of our signature Lochlea whisky, with an icy blue label that reflects our cold and frosty Ayrshire winters.

Gordon's Gin is one of the most renowned gin brands in the world. Founded in 1769 by Alexander Gordon, the facility's production eventually moved to Clerkenwell in 1786 before expanding its global reach throughout the 1800's, winning the hearts of many. The surge in demand for gin served as the basis for the brand's incredible success. The famous British distillery is now based on the Laindon site in Basildon, Essex, relocating to meet the high demands of production. The facility still houses a historic copper still that dates back over 200 years, named Old Tom. This pink gin is inspired by an original Gordon's recipe from thelate 19th century. The fresh taste of Gordon's complements the natural tangy sweetness of raspberries and strawberries.
