One of the most decorated Irish whiskeys, Redbreast is the largest selling Single Pot Still Irish Whiskey in the world. A classic for nearly 100 years, Buchanan’s 12-year old whisky is one of the world’s most iconic and awarded luxury Scotch whisky brands. Bourbon that meets these requirements and that has been aged for a minimum of at least two years may be called straight bourbon. Very Old Barton is a Kentucky straight bourbon that has been matured for an average of four to six years in charred, American oak casks before being bottled at 100 proof. As a result, the bourbon has a rich amber color along with an aroma of vanilla beans and chewy leather. Notes of rich caramel, nougat, rye spices and toffee dominate the palate, and lead to a bold finish. Casa Dragones Barrel Blend, 100% Blue Agave Añejo sipping tequila, achieves its distinctive character from being matured in two different wood barrels, new French Oak and new American Oak, each selected for their individual flavor and characteristics. At the end of the aging process, both barrel styles are blended together to create a uniquely smooth, agave-forward taste profile.

Like any good Irish tale, the story behind our wonderful Bertha’s Revenge Gin is a tapestry of good fortune, endeavour and passion. Funnily enough, our gin took about 10 months from conception to birth, not a dissimilar length of time to the average gestation period for a cow!

Charring is an age-old method for invigorating barrels to intensify the taste. Jameson Black Barrel is our tribute to our coopers, who painstakingly give their bourbon barrels an additional charring to reveal their untold richness and complexity. The select double charred barrels produce a whiskey with even richer flavor and intense smoothness.

Nose: Time spent maturing in these barrels leads to intensified aromas of butterscotch, fudge and creamy toffee.
