With over 220 years of tradition on his shoulders, he had some pretty large shoes to fill. Named in honor of the nickname Freddie's grandfather Booker gave him: Little Book. This annual whiskey series features new, unique blends every yearhis first batch of liquid gold was released in 2017 Little Book Chapter 1: The Easy Blended Straight Whiskey. Uncut, unfiltered and always one-of-a-kind, each small batch is a limited release, allowing Freddie innovate and explore the limitless potential of flavor. This blend features a refined balance of whiskeys including an 8-year Kentucky Straight Rye, 40-year Canadian Whisky and 13-year Canadian Rye. Noe Simple Task was truly a challenging blend. 2019 brought another exceptional vintage to Napa Valley, resulting in wines with alluring polish and poise! The season began with a wet winter followed by a mild spring. While this led to a slightly later-than-normal start to the season, ideal summer weather with no significant heat spikes ensured ideal flavor development, yielding complex and vibrant whites, and refined reds with elegant tannins, enticing aromatics and beautiful fruit flavors.

Each unique ceramic decanter is handcrafted, individually numbered, and painted by local Mexican artists in Mexico City, making each bottle a piece of artwork, but it’s what’s inside that is truly a masterpiece.

We carefully select a blend of different aged Tequilas with the oldest aged up to five years. Our Extra Aged Tequila is bottled in hand made traditional Talavera ceramic decanters. These beautiful bottles are hand painted by local artisans in Mexico City. Perfectly smooth with notes of sweet nuts, blue agave, and rich chocolate. This leads to a layered and delicious long finish.

Our story began in 1942, when a young Don Julio González saw a unique opportunity in the production of tequila. It was this unrelenting passion for excellence that inspired his creation of the world's first luxury tequila.

He didn't have much, but what he did have was passion, and after sharing his vision with a powerful local businessman he was granted a loan to create his first tequila distillery.

Het Anker Brewery is a Flemish brewery in Mechelen, founded in 1471 by a community of Beguines. The renowned brewery was renamed "Gouden Carolus" (Golden Charles) in 1960, after Charles V, Holy Roman Emperor who was raised in Mechelen. The brewery is home to the world-famous Gouden Carolus Tripel Belgian beer. In 2010, they constructed a fully operational whisky distillery (Distillery De Molenberg) which was built and in Blaasveld, on a 17-century family farm. Distilled from the mash of Gouden Carolus Tripel, Gouden Carolus Single Malt was launched on November 23, 2013, and has already received much critical acclaim. Gouden Carolus Belgian Single Malt Whisky is matured in first-fill bourbon casks and finished in 'Anker' oak casks, custom reworked by the cooper according to precise specifications. The result is a refined whisky with a rich and balanced taste. The subtle fruit aromas are delightfully enhanced by hints of wood and vanilla. This unique Flemish whisky has earned several accolades, including Best Belgian Single Malt at the 2018 World Whiskies Awards, first place Master at the 2017 World Whisky Masters, and a Gold Medal at the 2017 International Spirits Challenge.

Situated in the heart of Campbeltown, Glen Scotia is one of the smallest distilleries in Scotland. The Scotch distillery was founded by the Galbraith family in 1832. In 2014, the petite facility was purchased by the Loch Lomond Group. The distillery is quite small scale, outfitted with two 12,000 and 16,000-liter stills, with distinctive onion shapes and horizontal lyne arms. Glen Scotia's line-up showcases their versatility, as they produced a range of peated and non-peated whiskies, two styles characteristic of Campbelltown. Their malt is sourced from eastern Scotland, and are crafted in open-topped, cast iron mash tuns, and their whiskies are processed with a variation in fermentation time yielding either nuttier, or fruitier malts. Their small-batch distillation process still maintains much of the original equipment designs dating back to the 1830s. This exceptional single malt whisky was matured from specially selected casks to deliver the true character of a Glen Scotia Malt Whisky. The stunning 18 year-old has earned several awards including Gold at the 2018 World Whiskies Awards, Double Gold at the 2018 San Francisco World Spirits Competition, and Gold Medals at The Spirits Business in 2017 and 2018.

Maker Notes

Our lager is hand-brewed by generationally skilled artisans and is always made with only the finest ingredients to achieve superior quality. We use three malts to deliver our signature flavor profile. Our blend, infused with caramelized notes, is crisp, refreshing, and smooth. This caramel-hued, effervescent brew is only complete after a long maturation process. We don't add any artificial flavors. We use a rigorously chosen selection of clean ingredients: grain, hops, yeast, and water. And good beer is flavorful, not filling. IYLIA's lager is both modern and timeless, and it's a perfect complement, no matter the season. The IYLIA Signature Series is too good to keep bottled up.

Grace O’Malley Irish Gin is distilled with a blend of 14 unique botanicals found in abundance on the wild west coast of Ireland. These include heather, wild thyme, red clover, blackthorn, bilberry and sea fennel. A true, traditional-style gin made with modern distilling techniques to capture flavour intensity.

San Francisco World Spirits Competition 2021 – Gold

Nestled near the village Tomintoul, the highest village in the Highlands of Scotland inside the picturesque Glenlivet estate, at the heart of the Speyside region, sits Tomintoul Distillery. Tomintoul Distillery was built in 1964. The distillery uses traditional techniques that stretch back hundreds of years. The production is overseen by Master Distiller Robert Fleming, whose family has been making whisky in the Speyside Glenlivet region for four generations. Robert got his start in the whisky industry in 1974, where he gained experience from several different distilleries, before coming to Tomintoul, where he has been for over 20 years. Known as the "gentle dram," the distillery is surrounded by fresh air and pure water, these elements are imparted onto their whiskies, giving them a special Highland character. Tomintoul is made with natural ingredients and crafted with water sourced from the Ballantruan spring. Tomintoul uses unpeated barley to make their whiskies, with the exception of their Tomintoul Peaty Tang, a small batch peated malt made only twice a year. The purest middle part of the "run" and stored in a "spirit safe" which is under the control of "Her Majesty's Customs & Excise and so has to stay locked." The heads and tails of the spirit are re-distilled, while the pure middle bit goes back into casks to mature. Tomintoul is quite a sustainable outfit, very little gets wasted during production. Tomintoul uses oak wood for maturation, with about 2% of their whisky getting sent to the angels. They recycle the cold water used to cool the hot vapor that rises from the spirit to heat the wort. It is also mixed with the leftover barley husks and made into a syrup that is used to feed cattle. The remains that are left over after secondary distillation are also used as fertilizer for the next year's barley crop. Tomintoul has a solid core range of whiskies, aged from a 10-year-old to their vintage 1976 Single cask. The majority of Tomintoul expressions are made by meticulous marrying together of selected casks, with the exception of their Tomintoul Vintage cask, which is a single cask release. The Tomintoul 25 Year Old spent at least a quarter of a century in a selection of the finest ex-bourbon American oak casks.
