Herradura Double Barrel Reposado is a unique tequila that has undergone a two-step aging process, resulting in a rich and smooth flavor profile. The tequila is first aged in charred American White Oak barrels for 11 months, and then aged for an additional 30 days in new charred barrels. This creates a dark amber-colored liquid with a complex flavor, including hints of cooked agave, vanilla, allspice, clove, and oak. The double-resting process gives Herradura Double Barrel Reposado an unmatched taste among Reposado tequilas.

Nestled 1,000 feet high in Scotland's Monadhliath Mountains, Tomatin Distillery, founded in the 15th century, is a pinnacle of Scottish heritage. The Tomatin 18 Year Old Single Malt Scotch Whisky, crafted from plump Scottish barley, undergoes a meticulous process overseen by Master Distiller Douglas Campbell, with over 50 years at Tomatin. Distilled twice in unique copper-pot stills, the whisky matures for 15 years in ex-bourbon casks before an 18-month finish in Spanish oak casks from Oloroso Sherry. Notable accolades include the 2014 San Francisco World Spirits Competition Double Gold Medal and the 2013 World Whiskies Awards' "Best Highland Single Malt (13-20 Years of Age)," along with a 96-point rating at the 2012 Ultimate Spirits Challenge.

Back from the fiery depths! Our 2021 Tears of Vulcan continues our tradition of bright, floral, citrusy, textural, skin contact orange wine. Made of 49% Viognier, 43% Pinot gris and 8% Muscat from two organic vineyards in the Chehalem Mtns AVA of the Willamette Valley. The fruit was on its skins for all of primary fermentation; 23 days. Then it was pressed and went through elevage in in 90% neutral French oak, 5% new French oak, and 5% new Acacia.

Glenlossie’s stills were fitted with purifier pipes which carry any heavier alcohols which have refluxed out in the lyne arm back into the body of the still to be redistilled. It is the use of these purifiers which adds a certain oily textural quality to the spirit, while a long fermentation also helps to promote a grassiness in the new make. Glenlossie remains a major contributor to its parent company’s blends, and other than Diageo’s Flora & Fauna series.

Aroma and Taste

Nose: Sugared almond, spicy oak, melon and milk chocolate.

Palate: Hazelnut praline, polished oak and berry jam, along with hints of vanilla fudge.

Finish: Orange curd, dried apple and a pinch of nutmeg.

Tasting Notes

Situated along the banks of the East River, Kings County Distillery is New York City's oldest operating whiskey distillery and the first distillery in New York City since Prohibition. Wedged between Williamsburg and Vinegar Hill, Colin Spoelman and David Haskell, the master distillers at Kings County, make hand-crafted bourbon, moonshine, and now single malt whiskey out of the 117-year old Paymaster Building at the Brooklyn Navy Yard. A typewriter the two distillers found on the sidewalk in Williamsburg is used to make the labels that adorn their clear, flask-like bottles, while a hairdryer (made by Revlon) is used to affix each bottle seal. Handwritten scrawls on a chalkboard keep track of different batches, and mesh laundry bags are used as strainers. Kings County is among the very first craft distillers to release a style of whiskey that can be considered the highest class of American Whiskey. Bottled-in-Bond is a designation that refers to American whiskeys (and some brandies) that are distilled, aged, and bottled entirely at one distillery, from barrels filled in one season, by one distiller. Furthermore, the whiskey must be four years old and bottled at precisely 100 proof. This impressive Bottled-In-Bond whisky earned Double Gold, Best-In-Category at the San Francisco World Spirits Competition, as well as Best American Whisky, Best Bourbon, Best Small Batch Bourbon, Best Bourbon 4 Years at the 2017 International Whisky Competition.

Produced in Northern France near the Belgium border, Wignac Ciders are 100% organic ciders made from table apples, cider apples and juice from wine grapes from Burgundy! The ciders have no added sugar, no added sulfites, and are naturally gluten-free.

The Wignac estate was established in 2016, when Edouard and Eliane de Merode, a brother and sister, started producing Wignac cider in the Ardennes. Many Americans remember the Ardennes as the region where major battles of WWI and WWII took place.  Edouard and Eliane want to show that the Ardennes can also be known for something beautiful too - its cider.
Located near the famous terroir of the Champagne region, Edouard and Eliane seek to reinvent and rejuvenate the image of cider and the region while maintaining the traditional making of cider on the Wignac estate. Both Edouard and Eliane grew up in the countryside surrounded by the nature, so was only natural to have their estate certified organic. And before their orchards were planted, the estate already boasted organic Angus cows.

Wignac was the name of Edouard and Eliane’s great-great grandmother, la Marquise de Wignac, from whom Edouard and Eliane inherited the Domaine du Château de Guignicourt sur Vence (Ardennes – France) The château was built in 1710 by the Wignacourt family and it has been in the family ever since – despite being seized during the French Revolution.  It was eventually given back to the family by Napolean I in the early 1800’s!

Wignac ciders are unique and unlike traditional French ciders. ‘Le Lièvre” is a mix of cider apples and table apples. “Le Goupil” is a rosé cider made of cider and table apples to which juice from wine grapes from Burgundy has been added. 

Le Lievre offers aromas and flavors of a fresh apple, picked directly from the tree. Le Goupil offers delicate aromas and flavors of apples, with a hint of sweetness from the juice from wine grapes.

Inspired by memorable dinners and nights out on West 32nd Street in New York City’s Koreatown, we sought to develop an approachable, high-quality Soju to share over any meal, toast with for celebrations, or to kick back and catch up with friends.

For nearly 150 years, Ronrico Caribbean Rum Silver Label has stood as an authentic premium rum, carefully chosen from the finest rums in the Caribbean. Back in 1889, the King of Spain bestowed upon it the prestigious title, "El ron de los nobles" or "The Rum of Noblemen," a declaration of royal approval that still graces the bottle today. The enduring presence of this royal crest serves as a testament to the exceptional craftsmanship and quality that defines Ronrico Caribbean Rum.

The Fukano Distillery stands in Hitoyoshi City on the island of Kyushu, Japan. It was founded in 1823 and is located in the Kyushu mountain region that is famed for its pristine nature and exceptionally-pure water. The first distillery in the Kumamoto Prefecture to mature the traditional Japanese rice spirit shochu in barrels, this process was first put into practice by Chizuru Fukano, the current president's mother. Now in their fifth generation of Fukanos, the distillery is led by Shigeruriku Fukano. Their whisky is produced using a combination of malted and unmalted rice using a pot still. The limited-edition releases see only a few casks bottled each year, which include spirits that have been aged in various oak casks. Distilled, matured, and bottled in Japan, Fukano whiskies are only sold in export markets. The Fukano 2020 Edition is bottled at 81.2 proof and boasts a complex profile with tropical fruit, rice, spices, vanilla, and caramel notes.
