Welcome to the Northern Highlands

It is a sacred and rugged place of jungles filled with botanicals that grow nowhere else, lush cascading rice terraces, and limestone peaks, and is home to indigenous communities, among them the Red Dzao and Hmong. We came to live with our partners, and participated deeply in everyday life in remote villages, foraging botanicals, eating local foods, and drinking local spirits. We learned about terroir, botany, spiritual animism, local culture, and gained knowledge of the unique seasonal flavors. We formed lifelong partnerships with communities, finding ways to collect and restore native and heirloom varieties of botanicals, grains, and fruits. We believe heirloom seeds and native varietals are implicated in culture and tradition. They give us insight into history, culture, politics, and the daily lives of people.

TASTING NOTES

NOSE: Sweet citrus peel, fresh pine, lychee, and hint of spice

PALATE: Spiced citrus, honey, lychee, and juniper berries

FINISH: Black pepper, and sweet yellow liquorice

The Armand de Brignac Blanc de Blancs reveals so much about the unique terroir of Champagne. The 100% Chardonnay cuvée is crafted from fruit sourced from traditional Chardonnay territory, the Côte des Blancs. However, almost half of the blend is from Chardonnay sourced from Montagne de Reims, which provides suppleness, roundness and lightness, giving even greater potential for aging. The resulting Blanc de Blancs has a delicate fruit character combined with a unique power and structure.

Tasting Notes: 

The first aromas of lightly buttered, baked pastry are followed by notes of pear, hazelnut and a hint of gingerbread. On the palate, flavors of exotic fruits such as guava, gooseberry and peach are complemented by sweet spice notes of cinnamon and vanilla. Fresh, mineral finish.

Refreshing and vibrant, the essence of summer is captured in 99 Watermelon Liqueur. Crafted with premium watermelons and blended with fine spirits, it offers a burst of juicy flavor with a smooth finish. Versatile and perfect for cocktails or enjoyed on its own, it adds excitement to any occasion with its eye-catching packaging.

TASTING NOTES: Lovely amber color. Aromas of oloroso sherry and amaretto on the nose with notes of vanilla and caramel on the palate. Good balance of spice and fruit. Classic baking spice notes from the oak. A hint of bergamot on the palate near the finish - similar to Earl Grey tea. Sweet on the finish.

This fine Cognac is produced in the Jonzac region of France from Ugni Blanc grapes grown in the Petite Champagne and Fins Bois terroirs.  

This cognac is beautifully balanced with a harmonious blend of varieties.  Yellow fruit aroma with a slight touch of honey and wildflowers.  Light and round in the mouth thanks to the careful blend of Petite Champagne and Fins Bois varieties.

Double-distilled in a traditional swan neck still and aged for a minimum of five to seven years in oak casks from the Limousin and Troncais forests.

Enjoy before or after meals in a tulip-shaped glass or as a long drink or in a cocktail.

Each year as part of the Parker's Heritage Collection, we select a special whiskey to be released in the name of our late Master Distiller Parker Beam. The barrels selected for this series include Bourbon, Rye, and Wheat Whiskeys, among others, and are some of the finest and most diverse American Whiskeys ever produced. They are a fitting tribute to the expertise of Parker Beam.The 14th edition of Parker's Heritage Collection features Heaven Hill’s traditional rye Bourbon mashbill, aged in specialty barrels that were charred for a full minute and a half, as opposed to our traditional 40 seconds. These "Level 5" barrels were aged for a full 10 years, where the heavier char allowed the Bourbon to penetrate further into the barrel, bringing forth caramel and maple sweetness. These 102 barrels were aged on the sixth floor of rickhouse Y, and developed a pleasant smokiness after 40 Kentucky seasons of maturation. It is bottled without chill filtration at 120 proof.

The Bushmills Private Reserve Collection is a new series of small batch single malts hand selected with unique cask finishes, born from the original Irish single malt tradition that Bushmills pioneered.

This 10 Year Old single malt Irish whiskey is first matured in carefully selected bourbon barrels and oloroso sherry casks for 6 years before finishing for a minimum of 4 years in Grand Cru Burgundy casks from Côte d’Or.

TASTING NOTES
While the bourbon casks impart rich hints of vanilla and oak, the sherry casks infuse the whiskey with notes of dried fruits and spice, and the burgundy casks provide an additional layer of robustness, resulting in a distinct full-bodied whiskey.

Mythology Best Friend Bourbon is a blend of a 15 year Kentucky Bourbon, and two high-rye bourbons aged 2 to 5 years. Wildflower honey and warm cornbread on the nose gives way to honeycomb upfront on the palate that transitions to gentle cinnamon and toasted almonds. The 15-year Bourbon provides for a lasting rich vanilla, pipe tobacco and black currant on the finish.

Barrel Strength Bourbon Whiskey
Our Barrel Strength Bourbon Whiskey comes from the top one or two barrels in our warehouses in Kirby. Chosen for their unique character and worthiness to represent the best of Wyoming Whiskey. Bottled at barrel-proof to capture the maximum flavor and richness. This is the true test of the spirit, and as pure as bourbon-making and whiskey-drinking can be.

TASTING NOTES

COLOR: Deep copper to mahogany

NOSE: Intense notes of Demerara sugar, plum pudding, rich Austrian Sachertorte with apricot jam, and dark chocolate-covered espresso beans.

PALATE: Notes of dark dried fruit with sweeping waves of cherry cobbler with a buttery cinnamon-biscuit crust, moving towards a good balance of rum raisin ice cream, prunes in syrup, chocolate-covered orange peels, nutty marzipan, croissants with honey butter, and a whisper of smokey barrel char.

FINISH: Long and luscious, with excellent balance between the candied citrus and dark fruit, molasses, dark chocolate, buttery and nutty notes, and brown baking spices, with a final big “Wyoming hug.”

A 6 month accelerated-aged Kentucky Bourbon. WBW has a unique flavor with a light front end of Cabernet berries with a smooth bourbon middle and a long-lasting Carmel finish on the back of the mouth. The mash was made in Kentucky, then sent in barrels to a manufacturer to accelerate the aging process by using ultrasonic waves (more Bourbon to stave contact). The Bourbon was then finished at our San Diego distillery in French Oak Cabernet wine barrels used to make Charles Woodson's Napa Valley wine.

Tom Cat Gin is an expedition into uncharted territories. Once distilled, we age the gin in new American oak barrels in search of a bolder expression. The robust character of the new oak barrel mingles with the coniferous quality of the juniper, yielding an enticing aroma. A touch of raw honey leaves this revolutionary spirit remarkably approachable, whether drinking neat or in a cocktail. When the world called for whiskey, we answered resolutely with gin.

This whiskey presents an exceptionally rich flavor and incredibly smooth finish.  With an aroma of toasted oak and a taste of caramel, forward vanilla and slight char, this straight Tennessee bourbon finishes long, smooth & soft. The primary factor that distinguishes a Tennessee whiskey from a traditional Bourbon whiskey is the Lincoln County Process. This process steeps the whiskey in maple sugar-infused charcoal chips before it enters the cask. The result is a complex aroma and slight char, and the process beautifully mellows the whiskey.

TASTING NOTES
This single-barrel whiskey was distilled according to the "Lincoln County" tradition of filtering the spirit through charcoal before aging, presenting an exceptionally rich flavor and incredibly smooth finish.

The only wheated bourbon in the Jefferson’s portfolio.

Jefferson’s Ocean Aged at Sea is fully matured for at least four years, then placed in rickhouses on ships to travel the globe which hyper-ages the bourbon. The constant agitation, weather conditions and sea-salt air impart a flavor like no other bourbon on the market. As wheat is a softer grain than rye, it allows the flavors that are intrinsic of Ocean voyages to be amplified as it will not compete with those flavors as the spice of the rye does.

TASTING NOTES

NOSE: Butterscotch, Vanilla bean, with a pop of caramel.

FLAVOR: Toasted caramel, Allspice, white pepper, slight sea salt.

FINISH: Long finish, with oak and hints of nutmeg, pecans and sourdough bread.

Legacy Series: Chapter 3

Inspired by Sir Arthur John Tedder – The Exciseman stationed at Glengoyne defining the rules of Scotch whisky, inspired by our distillery. March 2nd 1908 – He was first witness at the Royal Commission on Whiskey* and other potable spirits. A royal commission to determine the very concept of what whisky was. On one side was the purists who only thought Pot Still whisky was whisky and on the other side Blenders who thought grain and malt whisky combined was whisky. The Scots and the blenders won the day after 37 sittings; This was seen as the sensible outcome. Blends could still be called Whisky and called Scotch if distilled in Scotland.

We will use this exceptional whisky to celebrate Tedder’s influence in defining what should make a great Scotch during his time stationed at Glengoyne – defining the rules to which we still distil to this day. Tedder would be proud of this exceptional whisky – bottled using some of the very finest American oak sherry casks in our Glengoyne warehouses – and we thank him as the attention to detail and his exacting standards not only creates rules the whole industry follows today, but it inspired the people of Glengoyne to constantly pursue perfection, and helping to create the Unhurried Glengoyne Way.

TASTING NOTES

APPEARANCE: Deep Gold

NOSE: On the nose, signature Glengoyne deep sherry notes which accompany our distinctive cinnamon sticks and vanilla aromas.  A very pleasing combination of mixed berry jam and apple strudel intertwine revealing some pear. 

PALATE: On the palate, a rich luxurious body that’s satisfyingly chewy with warm boozy raisins combining with spiced buns slowly giving way to tarte tatin and smooth cream sherry. 

FINISH: The finish is light and fruity, which deepens with hints of pineapple, dried fruits, dark chocolate and lingering spice finish are the aromatic ‘legacy’ of this wonderful dram before you reach for the bottle and go back for more.

At 80 proof Blanton’s Special Reserve is ideal for those new to single barrel bourbons. It has a slightly floral nose that conveys whispers of cedar and raisin in between soft vanilla notes. The palate has a light airy feel to it. The taste of vanilla and toffee dance around subtle notes of dried fruit and white pepper. Its smooth consistency makes it perfect for a premium cocktail or served on the rocks. Bottled at 40% alcohol by volume.

The matured Irish whiskey and stout beer provide compelling and exotic notes of honey, malt, roasted grains, and cereals; the one that aged port gives delicate notes of nuts; Pedro Ximenez sherry provides fine floral and herbal notes, and French white oak contributes exquisite and elegant spicy notes. Loco Ámbar rests for six to eight months in each barrel so that our Maestro Tequilero achieves the perfect and complex balance. The amber hue reflects the aroma and flavor of the cooked agave, the mineral notes, and the herbal character of Loco Blanco as it matures, which are perfectly integrated and evolve into an expression of unparalleled quality, never seen in any other tequila.

PALATE: Silky, friendly, warm. Integrated and powerful, slightly astringent with a subtle pungency that harmonizes with the fruitiness and caramels, rounding off and balancing an elegant finish.
