Crater Lake Estate Rye Whiskey is a Straight American Rye Whiskey grown, distilled, and aged entirely at our distillery in Bend, Oregon. We begin with just 14 acres of legacy rye grain and lava rock filtered water. Once each year, the 100% rye mash is distilled in single batches and aged at least five years in the Central Oregon High Desert. Each bottle holds the character of that year’s rye crop honed over the years by the crisp mountain air. With only a few barrels produced each year, this is truly one of the world’s rarest rye whiskies.

Tequila Ocho Punta 108 Over Proof is a powerful, unfiltered tequila that delivers an exceptional taste experience at 54% ABV. Handcrafted with passion and precision, this tequila is made from 100% Blue Weber agave, grown in single estates to highlight the unique characteristics of each harvest. The ripest agaves are carefully selected, and through a slow, traditional distillation process, their complex flavors are preserved without any additives. Created by master distiller Carlos Camarena and tequila visionary Tomas Estes, Tequila Ocho Punta 108 exemplifies the purity and depth of agave, offering a vivid expression of terroir that’s rare in tequila. It’s a bold, full-bodied spirit with rich agave flavors, perfect for those who appreciate a true artisanal tequila.

A richly honeyed Cardhu with lush, tropically sweet, rum cask-rounded flavours and peppery wood-spice, which combine to create a vibrant taste of paradise. Light on its feet, lush and sweet while also lively and fresh, with a surprisingly spicy, peppery finish, so making an especially exotic apéritif malt.

TASTING NOTES

APPEARANCE: Clear gold.​

BODY: Light to medium.​

NOSE: Beguiling first impressions begin with the fresh, sweet fruitiness of lemon zest and white grape enriched by exotic notes of pink grapefruit and ripe mango, all on a faintly mossy base, a note that evolves into freshly ironed linen. A notably spicy and woody note soars high above. A drop of water dries these aromas and introduces a pinch of white pepper.​

PALATE: A creamy-smooth and full texture, the taste erupting with sweet flavour. Tingling on the tongue, the fruity and malty sweetness behind this suggesting home- made rum toffee and more exotic hints of spiced pineapple and green banana, made more appetising still by spicy and drying, bracingly crisp, clean oak. A dash of water creates a delightful and even smoother texture, still strong in peppery spice.

Another masterpiece out of San Luis del Rio, it has a nose of fruit aromatics, a hint of honey, vanilla and roast agave; the palate offers ginger, cinnamon, burnt sandalwood, banana and tangerine, with a long, soft finish. Viva VIDA!

Launched in 2010, it is highly mixable and has arrived to much anticipated industry acceptance and high bartender demand. Hand crafted, it is twice distilled, very slowly in small wood-fired, riverside copper stills to flavor specifications that underscore its versatility in cocktails.

LIMITED EDITION CASTAWAY SERIES BARREL AGED RUM

Our limited edition anniversary rum is distilled from cane sugar and molasses and masterfully blended using woods from around the world including Mongolian, French, and Brazilian. The time spent in these cask leads to additional depth of flavor and character.

Subtle hints of vanilla, oak, and caramel which are extracted over time from the wood of the traditional American Oak Barrel. The additional woods yield unique tasting notes like toasted sugar, allspice, nutmeg, and sweet tobacco. This magical combination produces a lighter, more refined spirit.

100% de Agave Reposado has been aged for just less than a year in new  white oak barrels. The oak barrels give Reposado a mellowed taste,  pleasing bouquet, and its pale color. Reposado keeps the blue agave  taste and is gentler to the palate. It has a distinct taste that  acquires a sophisticated nuance without losing its great heritage. The  Reposado barrels, called pipon, are usually made of white oak and  accommodate Tequila batches of up to 10,000 liters.

Kentucky Peerless Distilling Co. traces their roots back to the 1880's, to the heart of Henderson Kentucky. Peerless Whiskey was founded by a businessman with a bold personality Henry Kraver, who revived the brand from the brink of ruin in the late 1880s. Under Kraver's guidance, rose from the ashes, increasing production 25-fold. But the growth of the brand was subsequently stunted by the very unforgiving era of Prohibition. Now, a century later, Peerless Whisky is in the hands of Kraver's great-grandson Corky Taylor and great-great-grandson Carson Taylor. Keeping Kraver's legacy alive, the duo has resurrected the brand, even distilling under the original Distilled Spirits Plant number, DSP-KY-50 in a centuries-old warehouse in downtown Louisville, near the Ohio River. Peerless Whiskey is distilled using a process that values quality over cost. They use a sweet mash, which is costlier than the more commonly used sour mash. The spirit also enters the barrel at a lower 107 proof, which results in the use of 17% more barrels. Water is added before the maturation process as opposed to after, transforming it from a dilutant to an ingredient. The straight rye is non-chill filtered and bottled at barrel strength, revealing a robust, authentic, unadulterated whiskey that was ranked No.15 by Whisky Advocate, on their list of Top 20 Whiskies of 2017. Peerless Kentucky Straight Rye Whiskey is an incredibly well-balanced whiskey with smooth, sweet notes of brown sugar, oak, and citrus. We craft our spirits at an unhurried pace, like my great-grandfather did. Only the best bourbon and rye whiskey leaves our doors says Corky Taylor.
