All the art of the Master Blender is expressed in this atypical creation which garbs Hennessy White with a luminous robe and with fragrances drawn from the vine. Hennessy White bestows a subtle flower bouquet characteristics, thanks to a blend with a dominance from the Fins Bois.

TASTING NOTES

COLOR: The eaux-de-vie selected by the Master Blender are notable for their distinctive clarity, showing minimal wood influence, to allow fresh floral and fruity notes to shine through expressing the straw-gold colour.

NOSE: The light and fresh aromas of spring flowers smoothly moving to white yet sweet fruits like grapes, apples and pears. At the second nose appears the hint of unripe apricot.

PALATE: While the aromas are, light and fruity, the sensation on the palate is vibrantly alive with a sharp and delicious freshness – a full-bodied experience the intensity of smashed bunch of grapes and spring white flowers honey.

Ode To Islay is an annual limited release. This expression is a bold, heavily-smoked American Single Malt Whiskey inspired by the super-smoky single malts of Islay. Ode To Islay is our way to raise a glass to tradition and pave your own way with Southwestern ingredients. It is heavily mesquited – not peated. This small batch whiskey release has 900 bottles nationwide. Each bottle has an ABV of 55% and is 110 proof.

BIRD CREEK WHISKEY

Our story began with a thirst for adventure. We needed to capture the thrill of being out in our incredible environment and cross it with the integrity of our carefully selected ingredients. We wanted to explore what the great Northwest could offer in terms of flavor since it had so much to offer in terms of fun.

Today, we have five barleys from across the upper left, that range from rare to heritage, that include a plethora of beautiful tasting notes. The landscapes where these barleys grow are second to none. Take a trip out to the rolling vistas in the Palouse hills to visit Baronesse or head down to the sprawling valley floors on the west side of the Wallowas to see the waving fields of Francin.

Wherever our whiskey tasting takes you, it's sure to be an adventure.

Appearance: This tequila has a bright and luminous appearance, with silver shades and a light straw yellow color. It has a great body.

Aroma: The initial impression is of preserved fruits, such as peach, cherry, and ripe banana. There are also hints of spices like cinnamon and black pepper, as well as delicate herbal notes like mint. The aroma also includes sweet notes of cooked agave, with touches of honey, vanilla, and caramel, as well as delicate olive undertones.

Palate: The taste is well-balanced, silky, and sweet, confirming the olfactory promise. The flavors of preserved fruits, bee honey, cooked agave, and cinnamon are present, with a long-lasting finish.

For Sentinel, we began with a sweet, bold blend of three-year-old and two-year-old 95% rye-5% malt straight rye whiskies distilled and aged in Indiana. We finished this rye in freshly-harvested mesquited Whiskey Del Bac casks, then filtered it across a bed of Mesquite charcoal from our mesquited malting process, inspired by traditional American whiskey production methods. Add a hot, Sonoran summer.

The result: A striking straight rye whiskey with the bold flavors of a traditional 95% rye, smoothed by the soft roundness of a hint of mesquite. Dubbed Sentinel, meaning “one who watches over or is the keeper of”, this rye is befitting of America's oldest whiskey style while imbuing the essence of the desert.

Mezcal Los Javis is an artisanal spirit and the product of a longstanding family tradition. Hand-selected agave is roasted in a conical stone oven, tahona milled, and naturally fermented in wooden vats. Mezcal Los Javis is distilled in small copper pots and is individually bottled and hand numbered.

Mezcal Los Javis Reposado is made only using the finest grade of barrels from top U.S. bourbon distilleries.

Opus One is the realized dream of two men: Baron Philippe de Rothschild of Chateau Mouton Rothschild in Bordeaux and Napa Valley vintner Robert Mondavi. Together, our founders set out to create a single wine dedicated to the pursuit of uncompromising quality. This singular mission shapes every vintage, today and for generations to come.

Abundant spring rains, nearly double the annual average, saturated the soil and provided ample water for the growing season. The first signs of budbreak were observed in the vineyard on March 27th; a full 15 days later than usual. This delay led to later bloom and veraison. However, warmer temperatures toward the end of summer accelerated the fruit’s development and maturity. Picking began on September 10th, a couple of days earlier than average. Harvest lasted four weeks, and activity in the cellar proceeded at a calm and steady pace.

The Opus One 2019 has intense aromas of black plum, blueberry, black currant, and dried rose petals, accentuated by mineral undertones. The creamy, satiny texture is framed by fine-grained tannins. The freshness and soft glow of acidity create a subtle tension with dark fruit flavors, savory herbs, espresso, and cocoa. A delicate dark chocolate bitterness lingers on the finish.

Barrel Aging: 19 months in new French oak

Nuda Tequila was founded by a Persian-Mexican connection, in a way reflecting the two cultures that have played the largest roles in the creation of the famous Mexican spirit. It was the Aztecs that began fermenting the blue agave hundreds of years ago. But it wasn't until the Spanish aristocrat Pedro Snchez de Tagle introduced the distillation process to Mexico in the 1700s that tequila was born. The distillation process itself was perfected in the 10th century by Al-Razi, a Persian alchemist, physician, and philosopher. Nuda continues this story with an added "sensuality, sophistication and elegance of the Queen of Tequila." Nuda has 5 expressions currently in their lineup: Silver (Blanco), Reposado, Aejo, Extra Aejo, and the ultra-premium 5 Years Extra Aejo. The process begins with the harvest of mature, ripe 8-year-old blue Weber agaves in Jalisco, Mexico. Once the leaves are removed, the heart is cooked in order to convert the starches within into sugars. The cooked agaves are then crushed, releasing the juice or "aguamiel". After fermentation, the liquid is distilled 3 times the third and final distillation removing the heavier components, resulting in a pure, clean, and soft spirit. Following the distillation, each of the 5 expressions is aged for a varying amount of time, apart from the Nuda Tequila Silver. An unaged "blanco" expression, it has the freshest flavors and aromas of cooked agave. It is bottled at 80 proof in sandblasted glass bottles depicting the feminine beauty of the Queen of Tequila.

Softly refreshing and the savory aroma of malt, balanced acidity, bitterness and sweetness from the raisins, nuts and vanilla spread harmoniously throughout the mouth.

Matsui 18 Year is a masterpiece of Japanese whisky craftsmanship. Aged for nearly two decades, it embodies complexity, elegance, and a refined character. This single malt offers a symphony of rich, mature flavors, with notes of oak, vanilla, and subtle fruit undertones that linger on the palate. It represents the artistry and dedication of the Matsui Distillery, making it a cherished choice for whisky connoisseurs seeking a luxurious and well-aged expression.

TASTING NOTES

This product is reminiscent of the old-fashioned way of making tequila, with intense aromas and flavors, highlights of cooked agave, hints of citrus like grapefruit, and fruity notes like apple and cantaloupe. Spicy notes include clove and anise.

RECOMMENDED PAIRING

Ideal for drinking by itself, as an aperitif or digestif. It is recommended paired with light foods like fish, seafood, or chicken, although its intensity also mixes well with complex flavors.

The wind from the North Sea mixes blood with the desert of Mexico in this double-distilled rye whisky aged in old mezcal casks. An illegal love affair with a gentle and exotic aftertaste. Stauning Bastard a rye whisky made purely of local ingredients, malted on the floor at our distillery and double-distilled in flame-heated pot stills. After at least three years in new, toasted virgin American oak casks, it has been rounded off with at least 6-months ageing in old mezcal casks from Mexican Oro de Oaxaca. The result is an elegant love child whose equal you won't find anywhere else in this world.

Nose: Sweet pipe tobacco smoke, raisins, oat biscuit, citrus, oak

Taste: Tobacco, vanilla, barley, dried fruit, cinnamon, brown sugar, molasses, shortbread, oak
