Full bodied and spicy, the Cuvée Tradition Brut 2020 distinguishes itself by its orange gold color and very fine bubbles.  Subtle aromas reminiscent of butter and dried herbs. On the mouth, a level of acidity that assures balance while allowing a refreshing sharpness to come through

The Maison Herout AOC Cotentin Cuvée Tradition Brut Cider 2019 is an organic French cider produced in the Cotentin Peninsula in Normandy.

Rémy Martin has introduced a new, limited-edition Rémy Martin XO, created in partnership with Parisian gilding studio, Atelier Thiery.

The artistic collaboration features Atelier Thiery’s own touch on the Rémy Martin XO decanter. It’s adorned with gold leaf, made in part from 18-karat gold. This serves as an illustration of the parallels between cognac and gold, the company says, “representing the expertise required, timelessness, shared inspirations, prestige and symbolism.”

Each bottle contains a blend of up to 400 Rémy Martin eaux-de-vie, sourced from Grand Champagne and Petite Champagne, located in the Cognac region.

In 1898, Teddy Roosevelt a Long Island native organized the First United States Volunteer Cavalry, commonly known as the "Rough Riders," in preparation for the Spanish-American War. The regiment comprised 1,250 volunteers from across the country, including cowboys, Native Americans and other pioneers of the West. After seeing action in Cuba, the Rough Riders earned a decisive victory at the Battle of San Juan Hill before returning to Long Island. Upon their return, the soldiers celebrated their victory and presented Colonel Roosevelt with a small bronze statue of a cowboy riding a bucking horse. "There could have been no more appropriate gift from such a regiment," wrote Roosevelt later. "Most of them looked upon the bronze with the critical eyes of professionals. I doubt if there was any regiment in the world which contained so large a number of men able to ride the wildest and most dangerous horses." A premium bourbon whiskey that is handcrafted in Newport, Kentucky. Made from the best Mother Earth has to offer: sustainably grown grapes from the Cte-dOr and water from historical French springs. The Pinot Noir and Chardonnay grapes are hand-selected for this unique bottling of vintage gin. The wine is fermented and aged individually in oak barrel for 6 months. After blending the wines together, it is then distilled one time in a copper pot and six times in copper columns, followed by filtration four times.

Petit Castel is the second label of Domaine du Castel‭. ‬It is a blend of Merlot‭, ‬Cabernet Sauvignon and Petit Verdot‭. ‬The grapes‭ ‬are handpicked‭. ‬The wine is aged for twelve months in French oak barrels‭, ‬followed by four months in concrete tanks as a final blend‭. ‬It is full bodied with a deep purple color‭. ‬The wine shows elegant tannins and a harmonic balance of fruit and oak‭. ‬It is‭ ‬at its peak from three to five years after harvest‭. ‬It is recommended that the wine be decanted before serving‭.‬

A super premium, small batch spirit that is carefully crafted with a commitment to environmental sustainability and support for the local community, Mijenta’s Reposado is aged up to six months in a blend of American white oak, French oak and French acacia casks. As with Mijenta’s Blanco, Mexico-based Maestra Tequilera Ana Maria Romero oversaw the entire creation process of the Reposado. Presenting a more mature and fuller expression with a long finish on the palate, the Reposado is best enjoyed neat, on the rocks or as a nightcap cocktail, such as an Old Fashioned. In this Double Finish, we took French Oak staves (first finish) that were steeped in a patented process of pressure, oxygen, time and temperature with maple syrup (second finish). The molecular transfusion into the base fibers of the wood is wonderfully artistic and scientifically intense. Consistency is the driver here for flavor and texture.

After RD1 Spirit's Kentucky Straight Bourbon aged for 4+ years, we inserted the French Oak and Maple stave wood into the barrel for additional aging. The end result is like the best stack of pancakes you've ever had.

The Experience: A Dessert-Like Sipper
An undeniable burst of maple and butterscotch on the nose followed by lightly toasted caramel, roasted pecans and paprika. Westland has also founded and funded an organization designed to establish, promote and protect the category of American Single Malt Whiskey as a whole. The American Single Malt Whiskey Commission is rooted in the consumer and education. Today, it counts over 50 Member Producers and an equal number of trade supporters. Westland Distillery is actively developing trade programs to advance the mission and are working with several other organizations to earn a formal definition with our Federal Government. That lobbying effort will officially recognize the term American Single Malt Whiskey with a formal, legal Standard of Identity.
