Our Castle Rock Pinot Noir is produced from grapes grown in a carefully selected group of California vineyards, where the climate and soil quality provide excellent growing conditions for this delicate varietal. Our Pinot Noir is elegant and medium-bodied, offering complex aromas of strawberry, dried herbs, and allspice. The generous midpalate is highlighted by flavors of cherry, cinnamon, and warm sugar with a long, harmonious finish. This versatile wine pairs well with chicken, salmon, and light pasta dishes.

Makoto 23 is a single grain Japanese whisky, distilled, bottled, and aged at the Kumesen Distillery, one of the most famous distilleries in Japan. Through continuous research and innovation, Kumesen Distillery had reached an unrivaled sophistication.

Makoto whisky was distilled on 1995 and was aged for 23 years in bourbon casks. Its level of complexity is highly praised by whiskey connoisseurs all over the world a great addition to any whiskey collector or enthusiast. In Bushido, the unwritten Samurai code of conduct, Makoto is the principle that represents Honesty and Sincerity. Guided by Makoto, the warrior seeks consistency between words and deeds. We crafted this whiskey with the virtue of Makoto as our inspiration.

Bulleit is rooted in cocktail culture, so naturally we crafted our take on two classic, ultra-premium cocktails: the Bourbon Old Fashioned and Rye Manhattan. We engaged some of the most celebrated and creative bartenders to help us refine and perfect these recipes. That’s how we know you’ll enjoy a bar quality cocktail experience straight from the bottle. The Bulleit Old Fashioned Cocktail exudes notes of sweet oak, nutmeg and light toffee that elegantly come together with the flavor of orange bitters. The Bulleit Manhattan Cocktail offers clean, satiny and woody notes of straight rye whiskey with sweet vermouth and bitters.

Just sit back, pour, garnish as desired and enjoy.

NOSE: Frank August’s Small Batch Kentucky Straight Bourbon opens with hints of caramel and vanilla that are balanced with warm oak and mild baking spices which warm the senses.

PALATE: Echoes those initial sweet caramel and vanilla notes, with cinnamon and rye bread spices coming forward. At 100 proof, it is a perfect balance of heat and smoothness that warms your mouth, while hints of brown and malt sugars begin to present themselves.

FINISH: As flavors of vanilla, oak and baking spices transition through all senses, it leaves a medium-long finish, wanting you to pour another glass.

In tribute to the year Playboy was founded, “1953” is Rare Hare’s inaugural product release.

Bottled at 111 proof, this 17-year-old straight bourbon whiskey was finished in Cognac casks from the Champagne region of France. Because of the whiskey’s rarity, only 1,953 bottles were produced.

TASTING NOTES

NOSE: Maturity and dried fruit with specific aromas of caramelized nectarine and light clove.

120 years of Glen Moray whisky

Started in 1897, it has been more than 120 years since we first began crafting Glen Moray in the heart of Speyside. Our rich heritage continues to inspire our single malt Scotch whisky today. Read on to discover our story.

Our 15 Year Old marries two very different cask types in one outstanding dram. With half spending it’s life in American oak embodying Glen Moray's classic style, the other half maturing in oloroso sherry casks resplendent with rich spice, we bring their contrasting styles together to craft intensely complex layers. With tastes of dried fruits, dark chocolate and spice, amplified by age, this Scotch whisky is a perfect treat for single malt lovers eager to discover more.

TASTING NOTES

The Helios distillery has launched a 21-year-old aged version of its Teeda craft rum. It was distilled in 1998 and bottled by the third generation of the Matsuda family.
Helios is the oldest distillery in Japan and started producing rum in 1961, in response to demand from the American army who were stationed there at the time.
This rum is distilled from local cane sugar molasses in a copper pot still. The sugar cane enjoys mineral-rich soils and a tropical climate, giving the rum a mineral, saline character. With a tropical climate and an average temperature of 22.5°C, this archipelago is the only place in Japan able to grow sugar cane.
This rum has spent 21 years maturing in new American oak barrels. It is the only product of its kind, with just 2,500 numbered bottles made.

Our single barrels start with Colby and our distilling team selecting a small group of special barrels from our aging warehouses that he feels have exceptional characteristics that he’d like to share with the world. From that small batch of barrels, some of our favorite shops have hand-selected barrels to call their own. We also offer our very own single barrel exclusively sold at our Tasting Room at the Ranch.

Our single barrels are bottle at “barrel strength” which means we don’t add any water to proof them down. So what you’re tasting is exactly how Colby tasted it when he fell in love with that whiskey.

Casa Mexico Tequila Anejo is slow baked in clay ovens, naturally fermented and double-distilled in stainless steel pot stills, our finished product then rests for a minimum of 12 months in new American White Oak barrels. Two James is located in Corktown, Detroit's oldest neighborhood, and is the first licensed distillery in Detroit since Prohibition. Two James is committed to producing only the highest quality environmentally conscious handmade spirits utilizing locally sourced agricultural products with the aim of revitalizing the community and reinforcing the craft product movement.

Old Cockney is a contemporary style gin crafted from a base of organic winter wheat. The botanical blend of coriander and orange peel provide nice floral and citrus aromas and flavors, which are balanced by spice from black peppercorn and earthy elements from orris root, angelica root and gentian root. Our gin possesses heavy juniper, but pine notes serve as an undertone in the flavor profile. The result is a dry, smooth gin with a unique but harmonious balance of flavorsa true cocktail connoisseur's gin.

This elegant spirit was distilled from a mash of corn, rye, and malt and placed in new, charred American oak barrels to age in our single-story warehouses. As a result of the curious conditions experienced by these barrels during the aging process, the proof dropped below the minimum standard to be called a whisky. The result is a complex and sophisticated spirit with a light and easy drinking character.

Made from a 200-year-old recipe, this un-aged corn whiskey upholds the historic traditions of American mountain moonshine. Drink it neat, or pair it with a variety of mixers.
