From the pale straw color to the delicate citrus and honeyed aromas, this wine strives for elegance and finesse and largely achieves it. Light but suggesting strawberries and limes. Dry, with a rich, creamy texture. Really stands out for elegance and harmony, and finishes on a almond note.

Made grain-to-glass using a traditional pot still distillation ensures a rich and viscous spirit that stands up to aging in new charred oak without losing its essence. Each dram is full of character and body, with an aromatic entry and soft finish, for an approachable yet memorable experience.

Vinification: very brief contact with the skins then fermentation as a white wine

Aging: 6 months in steel vats

A rosé wine characterised by a light and delicate freshness. Guaranteed to be likeable given the altitude of the vineyards from which the grapes come, with their strong acidity and alcohol content which is not too high. Brief maceration contributes to its crunchiness and fresh fragrance.

A rosè wine which is intense and persistent. The bouquet has delicate fruit notes which recall plums and raspberries; hints of a more well developed jam and citrus follow and then on the finish, distant hints of flint. On the palate, good complexity and structure with a characteristically bitter final note.

Golden yellow color. Aromas and flavors of pickled apples, grassy herbs and creamy cheese. Very dry and crisp, displaying a nice level of acidity and even a hint of salinity, like a cool sea breeze. Lovely balance and flavor integration.

Or eat them with a napkin and then never get rid of the stickiness, no matter how many times you wash your hands.Yes, we have a thing for mandarins and while everyone was making orange flavored vodka, we did what we usually do; something different. Absolut Mandrin was a hard one to make, but is ridiculously simple to mix. Just add Ginger Ale or Ginger Beer for a perfect weekend drink.

Our Fernet will make its mark on the current amari landscape. It is rich and complex, yet not overpowering. It is grassier and less sweet than other Fernets on the market, and its 21 roots, herbs and spices are playfully balanced for the drinker. 

The botanicals are macerated for months and the final product rests in tanks until it has reached bottling mellowness.
