Our Club Soda has a silky smooth texture created by using the finest spring water (which has a low mineral content) and a high level of carbonation; it has no aroma so it can more effectively bring to life the flavours of the premium spirit it's being mixed with. 

KEY INGREDIENTS
Our Club Soda is our simplest product. After our natural spring water is carbonated with lots of very fine bubbles, we add Bicarbonate of Soda, which is used to add a minerality that enhances naturally occuring flavours in the spirits it's paired with.

Tequila 1921 was born in the year of 1996 with the aim of producing Tequila and Tequila Cream 100% agave of Ultra Premium quality, and thus, carrying out part of the Mexican culture to the world through its products.

Our tequilas are produced in Arandas, which belongs to the Jalisco Highlands, the birthplace of the best Agave Tequilana Weber (blue variety), which allows us to bring out the best of this delicious plant and print its flavor in each note of our tequilas.

1921 Tequila and 1921 Cream received several international awards due to their high quality, great flavor, and magnificent presentation.

James, our President and Founder, is at it again and has sourced some amazing barrels of 100% Canadian Rye. Barrel #4985 met his exacting standard and promises to be a special pour.
At 132.2 proof this barrel drinks below it alcohol content while providing a hybrid profile – the spicy notes you would expert from a cold weather rye coupled with vanilla cream, light citrus, and an amazingly long finish.

In May 2021, Lord Hobo Brewing Company (Woburn, MA) picked up seven Kentucky bourbon that housed whiskey used in the production of Batch 2021-03 of New England Barrel Company’s (NEBCo.) Small Batch Select Bourbon. These barrels were then filled with a stout developed by Lord Hobo and left to sit for just over four months.
In September 2021, these barrels were emptied of the stout and brought back to NEBCo where they were filled with single barrels of Kentucky Bourbon aged 3 years, 11 months, and 14 days.
The bourbon was allowed to finish for 3.5 month in these barrels adding complementary notes of the chocolate, toffee, and hints of coffee to the underlying bourbon.
Bottled at cask strength and lightly, non-chill filtered for your enjoyment and drinking pleasure, Barrel 17-45 is limited to 196 bottles.

Slane Special Edition is inspired by Lord Henry Conyngham and the first Slane Castle Concert that took place on August 16, 1981. Now more than 40 years later, Henry’s trailblazing idea lives on both through the concert and Slane Irish Whiskey.

Slane Special Edition uses Slane Irish Whiskey’s signature triple casked blend with an increased amount of Virgin Casks to go with the Seasoned and Sherry Casks. The abv is 45% playing off of the iconic 45rpm record. You can find Slane Special Edition in the USA, UK, Ireland, and at Slane Distillery.

Wolves is American whiskey made in California from an equally creative group of founders, also based in California.  Wolves is distilled in Sonoma County by 13th generation Master Distiller Marko Karakasevic using an old, slow, brandy still that was imported from Cognac in 1983.

Uniquely, Wolves signature blend consists of whiskey created from refined craft beer, and Rye whiskey.  The flavor profile is unlike anything else on the market.

Wolves is launching The Hotel Series, which are whiskey collaborations with some of the world’s finest hotels. The first release, titled Table 9, is with the Peninsula Beverly Hills.  Table 9 is a variation of Wolves signature blend, with a high-pilsner content, and is named after the most sought after the table in the hotel.

The bottle will not be sold to the public and is initially available exclusively in the hotel.  Certain Wolves clients will be invited to purchase a bottle as well.  320 bottles were produced.

In celebration of the partnership, Michelin-starred chef of The Peninsula, Ralf Schlegel, prepared a private, four-course dinner experience at the hotel, with each course paired with a different Wolves expression.

From a Distillery with more ups and downs that a pogoing punk comes Ardcore. Created with roasted black malt, roasted to the extreme, this spirit is all about what happens up front – centre stage. The malt is what defines its distinctive profile. Described as tasting like ‘biting on a spiky ball’, Ardcore is a dram that wears its heart on its sleeve… its black heart!

Notes of charcoal and sweet smoke make for an in-your-face nose, while potent notes of aniseed and dark chocolate stamp this bottle out as one fit only for the most Ardcore of fans.

Our Castle Rock Pinot Noir is produced from grapes grown in a carefully selected group of California vineyards, where the climate and soil quality provide excellent growing conditions for this delicate varietal. The generous midpalate is highlighted by flavors of cherry, cinnamon, and warm sugar with a long, harmonious finish. This versatile wine pairs well with chicken, salmon, and light pasta dishes.

Makoto whisky was distilled on 1995 and was aged for 23 years in bourbon casks. In Bushido, the unwritten Samurai code of conduct, Makoto is the principle that represents Honesty and Sincerity. Guided by Makoto, the warrior seeks consistency between words and deeds. NOSE: Frank August’s Small Batch Kentucky Straight Bourbon opens with hints of caramel and vanilla that are balanced with warm oak and mild baking spices which warm the senses.
