Our latest and last in the Extinct Blends Quartet Celestial takes to the sky through billowing clouds and glittering constellations, inspired by a whisky from the 1960s with both an extravagant flavour profile and an equine theme. The peatiest of the Extinct Blends Quartet, and our most expansive, Celestial offers a depth of flavour and maturity that has become the series’ hallmark.

Cambio is on a mission to create a higher standard in premium tequila by exploring small quality changes throughout the spirit's creation.

We approached our Tequila Blanco with a higher set of standards, going beyond traditional expectations every step of the way. First, our whole Blue Weber Agave piñas are roasted slow and low for superior flavors, then the rich juice is extracted from the pulp using only a traditional Tahona stone wheel. Our slower fermentation process utilizes extremely low temperatures and wine yeasts in American white oak and Mexican pine lined fermentation tanks—a step few others have ever even considered. Finally, our tequila spends time in used French oak wine barrels, giving the finished spirit a level of complexity and character unlike any other Blanco.

TASTING NOTES

Fruity and rich with notes of butterscotch, honey-roasted agave, orange peel, guava and peach with a slight mineral undertone. Soft and pleasant on the palate with a clean lingering finish—even at 46% ABV

A quintessential Paso Robles Cabernet Sauvignon, showcasing the essence, character and diversity of this ascendant region. Austin Hope Cabernet Sauvignon has twice been named as a Top 10 Wine of the Year by Wine Enthusiast.

Clément Rhum Blanc is an approachable and highly mixable rum perfect for cocktails. “Rhum Agricole” is distilled from sugarcane juice as is typical in Martinique and proudly wears the “AOC Martinique” designation signifying an exemplary degree of expertise in every stage of production.

Maturation: Rested in stainless steel tanks for 6 months and gradually reduced over time

Nose: Sweet and vegetal with hints of black tea.

Palate: Soft and graceful with notes of fresh cut grass and green beans.

The Guard Bridge is the New Blended Malt Whisky from Eden Mill - a unique blend of aged single malts including our own Eden Mill St Andrews single malt, expertly selected and married by our Head Distiller, Scott Ferguson.

The name is inspired by the original 15th century six-arched Guard Bridge that connected St Andrews with its old trading port of Guardbridge. Symbolically, a bridge is a connection between one thing and another - by bringing different single malts together, we have created a Blended Malt Scotch Whisky that seamlessly combines the sweet, grassy and floral profile of the Lowlands with the robust, spicy and fruity flavors found in Highland whiskies.

Enjoy the taste of creamy vanilla with barley sugar and a cereal sweetness leading to mellow oaky spice and light sherry fruit. The whisky finishes with sherried fruit and light warm gingerbread.

In 1872, a merchant named Louis-Napoléon Mattei named his aperitif wine after his native Cap Corse, a peninsula of Corsica that juts northward into the Mediterranean. A territory of France, Corsica has over the centuries been influenced by both France and Italy, as well as northern Africa. Mattei discovered the beneficial properties of cinchona tree bark during a voyage to the Caribbean, and he brought it to Cap Corse to blend with local wine made from Muscat and Vermentinu grapes. He added spices that made their way through Cap Corse’s bustling port, as well as Cedrat (citron), a thick-peeled ancestor of lemon. Cap Corse Mattei Quinquina was soon exported across the globe.

A true Quinquina Blanc, and unique among aperitif wines. The profile of the Cap Corse Mattei BLANC aperitif wine is defined by its distinctly Corsican components. Its all-mistelle base is of Vermentinu and Muscat Petit Grains, lending a terrific minerality, acidity and floral tones. The local Cedrat (aka citron) adds unique citrus aroma and a silky texture. Since its creation in 1872 by Louis-Napoléon Mattei, Cap Corse Mattei is the oldest and best known aperitif of Corsica. Still today family owned, and all macerations, aging and bottling are done in house.

As a quinquina, Cap Corse Mattei BLANC is flavored with cinchona bark (quinine), which adds spice and depth in the mid and back palate. Fantastic on ice with tonic or soda, and even more so with a pour of gin or an agave spirit.

Meet Heigold, our latest Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey with high rye. Enjoy its enticing aroma of toasted malt, silky butterscotch palate, and peppery finish at 95 proof. Crafted with precision in charred American White Oak barrels, it pays homage to a 1800s German stonecutter. Aged over 3 years in Kentucky, it develops butterscotch, baking spices, and a deep caramel hue – the essence of the American dream. Aromas of root beer, cherries, and a chewy palate with notes of orange and cinnamon complete this exceptional bourbon experience. Perfect neat, on the rocks, or in cocktails.

Our Extinct Blends Quartet takes inspiration from vanished characters and flavours, reappraising four very different expressions of blended Scotch, using some of our most precious parcels of whisky.

First created in 2001, Asyla was the ethereally beautiful cornerstone of our core range until its retirement in 2018. With Delos, we have focused on capturing Asyla's vibrancy and soothing sweetness, turning to older stocks to achieve this.

Dr. McGillicuddy's Apple Pie Liqueur captures the essence of homemade apple pie in a bottle. With a blend of warm spices and crisp apple flavor, it's a delightful sip on its own or a fantastic addition to creative cocktails. Crafted by Dr. McGillicuddy's, renowned for their inventive liqueurs, this one brings the comforting taste of apple pie to your glass.

No other bourbon today can stand 20 years of aging, but this bourbon does it with style. “Pappy” Van Winkle was a true character. This bourbon, like “Pappy,” is full of personality that makes it a very special whiskey, and some might argue, one of our best bourbons. It has been put in the class of a fine after-dinner cognac. 

Tasting Notes

See a dark amber and dark orange cast. This full bodied bourbon is reminiscent of oiled leather, smoke, minerals, coffee and cigar boxes. Take in the endless ranges of aromatics and flavors. Enjoy the infinite finish.

Slipknot No. 9 Iowa Whiskey is a 90 proof whiskey made with Iowa corn from Cedar Ridge Distillery's family farm. The whiskey is a blend of 3-4 year old straight rye and straight bourbon. It has a mashbill of 56% corn, 36% rye, and 9% malted barley. The whiskey has a bold flavor with both sweetness and spiciness. It can be served neat or on the rocks.
Slipknot No. 9 Iowa Whiskey was named for the number of Slipknot band members. The band collaborated with Cedar Ridge Distillery to create the whiskey. The whiskey was available in conjunction with the band's Knotfest Roadshow North American tour.

This Sauvignon Blanc is all about the fruit spectrum from citrus flavors through the tropical. Look for notes of tangerine, peach, pear, melon, and pineapple all brought together in a focused manner. This is the perfect wine to enjoy poolside.

First released in 2006, Flaming Heart was the first whisky to combine the rich, complex spice of Scotch aged in new French oak with the evocative peat-reek smoke of Islay malt whisky. It created a genre-defying style that was smouldering, spicy, complex - and so popular that we’ve re-released it five more times in the years that followed.

This is our seventh edition of Flaming Heart, the whisky that revels in the harmonies between heavy peat and toasted French oak. Imagine Metallica with a backing orchestra, and you’re getting close.

With the best bands, each album is an opportunity to explore and experiment; every record is an evolution from the one before. For fans of Flaming Heart, we always seek to evolve the ‘sound’ and have introduced a deep fruitiness to the arrangement for the 2022 version.

Yellow Rose Harris County Straight Bourbon Whiskey is hand-made and pot-distilled in Houston, TX. Using 100% Texas-grown grains: Yellow Corn, Elbon Rye, and San Jacinto Malted Barley, then small-batch aged in the southern heat, Harris County is Texan to the core.
