Mash Bill: 75%, Corn, 21 % Rye, 4% Malted Barley

Tasting Notes: Toffee, butterscotch, orange zest, smokey oak, spices, sublet root beer and stewed cherries are call-outs.

Appearance: Mahogany... deep, dark, intriguing. Medium char after-effects, artisanal perfection.

Palate: Silky, viscous mouth feel, roasted almonds, candied citrus peel. Cinnamon and caramel lead to a well-balanced flavor profile. Crushed toffee and subtle mint finish.

OBTAINIUM is exactly what the name implies. We “obtain” barrels from distilleries all over the world. Including the US, Europe, Canada, and The Caribbean. We source these spirits of varying types, light whiskey, rye, bourbon, etc. to create our own blends and products. These products are bottled at either barrel strength or blended to create our signature flavors. That being said, all of our creations, whether it’s a single barrel bottling or one of our blended products, will be unique either to that particular barrel or batch. No two will ever be “exactly” the same. We strive to ensure flavor consistency
throughout every batch of our blends to give our fans confidence and the comfort of familiarity. That paired with slight variances in each batch, brings a sense of anticipation for the next batch.

OBTAINIUM Light Whiskey came into existence in 1968 because consumers were moving away from Bourbon and more into clear spirits such as vodka or gin. Light whiskey is distilled between160-190 proof. Contrast that with Bourbon or American Rye which tops out at 160 proof. It must be aged in used, charred oak barrels or new, uncharred oak. Most distilleries didn’t let it age very long. Sourced from MGP in Indiana.

Crafted entirely from 100% blue agave, this Silver tequila from Sauza boasts a subtle flavor profile. Its striking silver appearance holds crystal-clear notes, while the aroma carries clean hints of grapefruit peel. The taste presents a gentle sweetness underscored by faint grapefruit nuances. As Sauza's introductory 100% blue agave offering, this tequila serves as a versatile ingredient in cocktails, thanks to its light and easily combinable flavors.

Agave Type: Madrecuixe Region: San Luis Del Rio, Oaxaca Maestro Mezcalero: Paciano Cruz Nolasco Proof: 94 Proof, 47% ABV Tasting Notes: Banana leaf, green papaya, just-mown alfalfa, tarragon and fresh cut bamboo, give way to circus peanuts and sweet, fresh-forward tropical fruits of mango, pineapple and chicozapote. This extremely rare wild mezcal is silky, elegant, medium-bodied, with a long, dry, clean, dusty finish. Details: This special limited edition is crafted in the remote San Luis del Rio, Oaxaca. The wild, tall cylindrical Madrecuixes are matured for 10-15 years. Earth-roasted, open-air fermented, twice distilled,and unblended the original, centuries-old Oaxacan, hand- crafted way.

A highly earthy Tequila distinctive for its minerality and the forward taste of cooked agave. Our Silver stands out for a touch more sweetness than most Tequilas, and presents beautiful notes of citrus. We love that this Tequila is spicy and peppery on the tongue and cheeks, but perfectly smooth on the back of the throat.

Won the Silver medal at the 2017 San Francisco World Spirits Competition

Plantation O.F.T.D. Rum is our take on that classic style of overproof rums. And not just ours: to join him on the quest to get the blend and the proof just right, Alexandre Gabriel scoured rum joints around the world to find six grizzled old salts who knew which end of a rum bottle was which.

Together they came up with this blend of Guyana, Jamaica and Barbados rums, bottled at 69 percent alcohol.

O.F.T.D. officially stands for Old Fashioned Traditional Dark but if you ask any of the seven collaborators who were in the room when this blend was born, they’ll tell you it really stands for something else that was exclaimed when the winning rum was tasted…

TASTING NOTES

Nose: Intense and very precise notes of coffee, orange, plum, jam and truffles.
Palate: It bursts with caramel cream, chocolate and vanilla notes. It continues on with cinnamon, raisins, nutmeg, oak and molasses with smoky accents.
Result: Long and lingering with dark chocolate, clove and caramel.

Writers' Tears Marsala Cask Finish Irish Whiskey is a testament to both tradition and innovation in whiskey-making. Pillitteri Reserve Icewines are rare and exceptional wines from Canada. Reserve Icewines undergoe maturation in oak barrels. Like table wines, Icewine matures and gains complexity and aromas from oak. All Pillitteri reserve classified Icewine is placed in custom designed bottles embossed with 24kt. gold.

Pillitteri Estates 2017 Family Reserve Icewine Riesling is a luxurious sweet white wine that exemplifies the craftsmanship of one of Canada’s premier wine producers. Harvested under the extreme cold conditions required for icewine production, this wine is made from Riesling grapes that are naturally frozen on the vine. The result is an intensely sweet and concentrated wine with a beautiful balance of acidity, which prevents it from becoming overly cloying.

The 2017 Family Reserve Riesling Icewine offers rich flavors of ripe tropical fruits like pineapple, mango, and lychee, along with subtle notes of honey and citrus zest. Its silky texture and lingering finish make it an exceptional dessert wine, perfect for pairing with fruit-based desserts, soft cheeses, or enjoyed on its own as an indulgent treat.

HOW WE MAKE OUR AMERICAN HONEY STING

We took a smooth blend of pure honey and Kentucky Straight Bourbon and added just a hint of ghost pepper to craft our hottest Honey yet—American Honey Sting. At 71 proof its got more flavor, and more ghost pepper spice that’s 400 times hotter than your usual, tame hot sauce. It’s all followed by that unmistakable smoothness of real honey to keep you thirsty for more.

The flavor profiles crafted at El Pandillo are heavily influenced by the source of water used, and in the case of Terralta, the water is drawn from a deep well that lies 150 meters below the surface. The impact of this water source on the flavor can best be understood by comparing it with the two other sources of water used at the distillery.

The first is harvested rainwater, and the second is a fresh spring. These two sources are combined in a nearly equal ratio to produce three of the four other brands made at El Pandillo - Pasote, G4, and ArteNOM. These brands feature clean and crisp flavors, as one would expect from rainwater, complemented by floral and herbal notes. Volans, the fourth brand produced at 1579, is a blend of spring and well water, and the minerality of the earth surrounding the deep well is more pronounced in this brand. However, in Terralta, which exclusively uses water from the deep well, the soil and earth dominate the flavor.

While the other brands have a light and lofty character, Terralta has a grounded flavor that reflects the soil in which the agave plants grow. The soil in the Los Altos region is rich in iron, which imparts a red hue to the soil and makes it softer than the rockier soils found in the Valley of Tequila.

Our 21 Year Old Archive has over two decades of distilling expertise in every bottle. A variety of casks complete the flavor, with a noticeable sherry influence. Each cask is nosed and approved by Master Distiller Alan Winchester, and every batch is unique with subtle differences from those that came before and those still to follow.

A medium robust, aged tequila that develops in oak barrels for months on end, our Premium tequila reposado gently invites us to experience the taste of gold. Inhale the light notes of basil and mint, while tasting the abundant but light sweetness of fruits like apple and peach, it will leave you wanting more and more.

AGING: 6 months in American and French Oak Barrels.

TASTING NOTES: Fresh fruity flavors are detonated by the agave present and the barrel.

AROMAS: Basil mint, abundant fruits, apple, peach, light cocoa, light touch of vanilla and cooked agave.

BODY: Medium robust.

Our vision was to redefine the whiskey drinking experience by creating a premium flavored whiskey that would stimulate the senses at each stage of the drinking process, with incredible
