Martini & Rossi Prosecco Sparkling Wine is a dry, aromatic Italian sparkling wine made from the Glera grapes that grow in the lush, sun-drenched foothills of the Veneto and Friuli regions of north-eastern Italy. Ripened in this ideal climate, they give this Prosecco wine a stimulating fragrance. Delightful over ice, it is the perfect complement to brunch or as an aperitivo and is ideal as a gift.

Nose: A dry, fresh and crisply aromatic sparkling wine.

Palate: Natural hints of apple, banana, peach and thyme.

Each winter, Marko Karakasevic, master distiller at Charbay Distillery, travels to Central California and selects organically grown, tree-ripened blood oranges at their peak maturity. The oranges are delivered to his distillery in St. Helena, California within three days and crushed skins and all by Marko (a 13th generation master distiller!) and his team. Blood oranges' distinctive crimson pigment is a result of high levels of anthocyanins, an antioxidant thought to protect against ailments such as cancer, inflammation and diabetes. Grown in cool climates, blood oranges are more intense than ordinary oranges and have unique, raspberry-like flavors in addition to typical citrus notes. Using a secret process that takes nearly six months, Marko and his team extract the flavor, color and antioxidants from the blood oranges. The fruit extract is then blended with Charbay's award-winning Clear Vodka. Charbay Clear Vodka, which has been rated the best vodka in the world twice by the Spirit Journal, is distilled from 100% American Midwest corn and rye. Distilled in a double copper alembic charentais pot to 192 proof, Clear Vodka is gently, gently filtered and bottled by hand. Maker Notes

The Fusion Series celebrates the blending of newer and older bourbons to create something unique. The younger spirits are 100% our own product mellowed with hand- selected, supremely aged bourbon that beautifully complements our specific recipes. As we grow, our bourbon ages — a difference you can taste with each Fusion release. Two vibrant, high-rye Kentucky bourbons are beautifully balanced by a bold 12-year Kentucky expression. The round mouthfeel leads to sizzle and spice on the palate making this Fusion a unique, standout blend.

TASTING NOTES

Ripe apricot, mint, and green tea are balanced by layers of caramel and honey over baked apples. A refreshing, lively spice awakens the palate and leads to a balanced, signature Fusion finish.

Casamigos Aejo Tequila, aged for 14 months in premium American white oak barrels, is beautifully pure and complex. Perfect balance of the sweetness from the Blue Weber agaves, with subtle hints of spice and barrel oak, with a lingering smooth finish.

Founded in 1982 by German-born Jrg Rupf, St. George Spirits is one of the oldest craft distilleries in the United States. The distillery, housed in an old World War II airplane hangar on a former naval base on the edge of San Francisco, is home to Lance Winters, mad scientist and St. George's master distiller. Winters, who is widely-known for experimenting with different types of spirits, has a laboratory dominated by a 10-liter test still in addition to the glass beakers and graduated cylinders that cover every inch of counterspace. Next to the dusty chalkboards caked with equations for the conversion of sugar to alcohol and intricate diagrams of molecular structures are bottles of experimental whiskies, vodkas and even an aging balsamic vinegar (it's 14 years old already). St. George makes their Dry Rye Gin in the same 1,500-liter copper pot still that they use to make their Terroir and Botanivore Gins. These Gins each have intricate botanicals bills designed to create a layered olfactory experience. St. George's also makes a limited-release, barrel-aged version they call Dry Rye Reposado Gin. Rested in French and American oak wine casks, it has a lovely pink hue and a deep, rich flavor. For their Dry Rye Gin they chose only six botanical ingredients: juniper berries steal the shown this expression, having 50% more than any of their gins. The botanicals are complemented by black peppercorn, caraway, coriander, grapefruit peel, lime peelwhich were all designed to play up the juniper's peppery nature. A base of 100% pot-distilled rye makes for a very unconventional gin, but a unique option for whiskey lovers. This gin has structure, spice, and an impeccably rich mouthfeel. Warm and spicy, it has a natural affinity with bitters, citrus, stone fruit, and ginger (St. George's).

Crafted in a Polish distillery that has been producing vodka since 1910, Belvedere's Master Rye Distillers leverage six centuries of Polish vodka-making heritage to skillfully transform Polish rye into a vodka with a unique and distinctive flavor profile.

The Merlet & Fils Distillery hails from the Saint-Sauvant in the Cognac region. The family-owned brand has been making cognac since 1850 and is now in its fifth generation of Merlet's. After distilling for large cognac houses for 160 years Merlet ventured out to develop their own cognac in 2010, producing several award-winning spirits. Gilles Merlet and his sons Pierre and Luc created this blend as a new expression for the new generation. They sourced four cognacs from Fins Bois crus and one from Grande Champagne, aging it for at least four years, yielding a sophisticated marriage of different ages. This is a unique release where the youngest cognacs deliver power and energy, and the oldest bring maturity and complexity. This Merlet VS is comprised of hand-selected eaux-de-vie blended from several different regions. For this expression, Gilles and his sons selected and blended eaux-de-vie from different regions of the cognac appellation, to ensure consistent quality. Aged for at least two years, the eaux-de-vie selected for this blend are light and inviting, made mostly from Fins Bois crus, but also from Bons Bois and a little bit of Petite Champagne. The result is a VS cognac with slightly woody and delicately fruity notes.

The urban Allegheny Distilling (Maggie's Farm) is situated in the historic Strip District of Pittsburgh. The maker of Maggie's Farm Rum, this is the first commercially-available Pennsylvania-made craft rum since Prohibition. Maggie's Farm is an independent craft distillery, distilling all of their rums from Louisiana turbinado, from raw cane, rather than molasses, and pot-distilled for body and flavor on 100% copper Spanish-made stills. They produce their rums using Caribbean-derived yeasts using a long fermentation process for higher ester production. Their white rums are aged for 3-6 months in stainless steel vats for smoothness. Their rums are aged 2-3 years in neutral rum casks, to preserve the flavors and aromas. Their rums are also finished sans sugar additives yielding a naturally dry product, different than many other rums. All flavored products are made with all-natural ingredients 100% of the time. Maggie's Farm 50/50 Dark Rum is a traditional style of a Caribbean dark rum produced by blending and aging their own pot-distilled cane rum with extra-aged molasses based, column-distilled rum from the Caribbean. The spirit is then re-aged an additional 6-9 months to marry the flavors. Maggie's Farm 50/50 Dark Rum has earned several accolades including a Double Gold Medal at the 2018 SIP Awards.

Madre Mezcal is created at the Garcia Morales Ranch, nestled in the rolling hills of the Oaxacan Sierra. Produced by Jose Garcia Morales and his family, this blended mezcal is a traditional Zapotec recipe. Handmade in the hills of San Dionisio, Oaxaca, the family has been cultivating agave on their land in Oaxaca for centuries, creating high quality, small-batch artisanal mezcal. Madre Mezcal is distilled from agave Espadin and agave Cuishe using a family heirloom copper pot still. These agaves are roasted in an earthen pit, before being fermented with local well-water and wild mountain yeast. Madre has a hint of sweet smoke accentuated by earthy herbal notes of sage, and minerals on the palate, followed by a lingering floral finish. Agave Cuishe (or Cuixe) is a wild agave in the Karwinskii family that includes Madre-cuishe and Barril. It grows in a cylindrical, stalk-shaped pia, with leaves spreading at the top. It's often slightly smaller than Madre-cuishe, and yields intensely flavored mezcal with high minerality and spice notes.

Austin signed agreements defining the borders of Texas.Their ginsare called Waterloo, after the original name of Austin.
