Naughty Dog and The Digital Spirits Project worked in collaboration to create a Blended Scotch Whisky that truly reflects the Last of Us Part II, and the stories of its two iconic locations Jackson and Seattle.

Kings County Distillery Straight Bourbon is a bourbon made like a scotch whiskey. We use 80% New York organic corn and 20% English Golden Promise barley for a high-malt recipe that forgoes the wheat or rye typical of Kentucky bourbons. This mash is then double pot distilled for a rich and flavorful white spirit. After aging in a variety of new charred oak barrels for anywhere between 3 and 6 years, our bourbon is carefully blended to ensure quality and complexity. With prominent notes of caramel and vanilla, as well as undertones of dark berries, this bottle is cited frequently in lists of best craft bourbons.

Tasting Notes 

Aroma: hints of maraschino cherries, vanilla beans, freshly brewed coffee, and toffee.

Taste: flavors of raisins, maple syrup, spicy cinnamon, and brown sugar.

Finish: A touch of cinnamon sugar and caramel.

A relative newcomer in the agave spirits world, Avilas have been produced exclusively in Morelos, Mexico for the past 30 years using the unique production method of both smoking and steaming the agave piñas.

Revel Avila Añejo is truly a labor of love - having been perfected over many years by their master distiller. Aged 24 months in new French oak, the results are a complex and beautifully intense spirit, made to be sipped neat. The cask proof version of our ever-popular Roundstone Rye is a very special expression.  Released at approximately 58% ABV (it varies depending on the individual barrels), this is seriously strong whisky!  Delicious, dark, complex and ridiculously smooth for the proof, Roundstone Rye Cask Proof is released only about twice per year.
