Barrel Strength pushes the boundaries of our signature four grain balanced flavor profile. Each batch is blended from three bourbon mash bills aged in new American oak barrels and completely uncut and non chill-filtered. Each barrel was hand selected and blended into a single batch in order to create this unique offering.

Cumberland Falls Kentucky Straight Bourbon is named after a unique and scenic landmark of the state of Kentucky. The Bourbon of Cumberland Falls honors its remarkable beauty and native spirit. An astonishing feature of the site is the moonbow, a lunar rainbow that is visible when there is a full moon.

In our attempt to find the finest whiskey, we found ourselves in awe of the breathtakingly scenery of the moonbow, over the mighty waterfall of the Cumberland River.

Some time after we discovered our perfect bourbon, we were excited to travel there once again, to experience the beautiful view, with a glass of whiskey in a hand and the success of our adventure. It was at that point that we made the decision to name the bourbon after the majestic Cumberland Falls.

We would like to celebrate the creation of our first premium Kentucky Straight Bourbon with everyone who value heritage, honors spirit and appreciate the finest authentic bourbons.

TASTING NOTES

COLOR: Beautiful medium to dark amber bordering on copper.

NOSE: Lemon, pine, and faint allspice, minimal notes of char gives way to banana and summer fruits. Almost no alcohol on the nose. Oak is as minimal on the nose as it is on the palate.

PALATE: Vanilla overlays all of the rye spice, which follows the young, new, lightly charred oak. Hints of alcohol accompany the short creamy vanilla finish.

Barrell Bourbon Batch 030 began with a group of tropical fruit forward 5-year-old Indiana barrels, a group of stone fruit forward 10-year-old high-rye Tennessee barrels, and a group of nutty 6, 9, 11, and 15-year-old barrels. After mingling separately for a month, they were carefully blended together. Finally, wheated bourbon from Kentucky and Wyoming was added to enhance the complexity of the blend.

Rich coffee liqueur made from locally roasted cold brew beans. It’s an old friend you just met.

Lonely Oak Distillery was born out of a dream and a promise. A dream to make small-batch craft spirits using grains grown right here, in western Iowa, on the Hoffmann family farm. It's on this generous land that we planted the seeds, harvested the grains, and perfected the recipes for the Heartland's finest spirits. That's our dream.

A traditional Italian cocktail, the Negroni was born in 1919 in Florence, in the aristocratic Caffè Casoni. The story goes that Count Camillo Negroni asked the bartender Fosco Scarselli to “strengthen” his usual Americano cocktail, replacing the soda with gin, in honour of his last trip to London. This new cocktail become known first as the “Count Negroni-style Americano”, before later taking on the name of its inventor, that is, the Count himself. It quickly became one of the most famous aperitif cocktails, both nationally and worldwide, and to this day is emblematic of Italian mixing excellence. The Bottega Negroni in its ready to drink version presents the characteristic ruby red colour with vermilion reflections and a typical, intriguing and articulated boutique.

The Bottega Negroni was born from a mixture of three Bottega branded products: Bottega Vermouth Rosso, The Bottega Bitter, and The Bottega Bacûr Distilled Dry Gin

The careful dosing of the three selected and high-quality ingredients gives life to a Negroni characterised by a perfect balance between the dryness of the gin, the sweetness of the vermouth and well-known embittering of the bitter. A cocktail with a strong and decided character, able to satisfy the most demanding and refined palates.

Organoleptic Characteristics

Color and Appearance: Ruby red, with vermilion reflections.

Bouquet: Elegant and dry, reveals intense citrus fragrances on the nose, in particular red orange, accompanied by spicy hints and aromatic herb notes.

Taste: Full and enveloping, with an excellent structure and at the same time refreshing, presents an excellent balance on the palate between the bitterness of the bitter, the soft note of the vermouth and the pungent aroma of the gin.

Distilled, blended and bottled by Kōloa Rum Company Kalaheo, Kauaʻi, Hawaiʻi, 40% ABV/80 Proof.

Kōloa Gold Rum is made from pure cane sugar, distilled in an impressive vintage 1,210 gallon, steam-powered copper pot still and cut with filtered water from the ancient Mount Waiʻaleʻale.

The rum is distilled 2 times at 160 – 180 ABV.

Appearance
A vibrant, golden hued rum with a wonderful and surprisingly deep viscosity on the glass. Shimmering, light golden legs run slowly and deliberately down the inside of the glass.

Nose
Initially starts off a rich caramel with wafts of butter toffee, light hints of amaretto and freshly roasted macadamia nuts.

Taste and Finish
This soft, candy-like gold rum presents itself boldly with no pretenses other than being a good-tasting gold rum. The mouth feel is viscous with an upfront caramel blast that finishes with vanilla, light macadamia nut brittle and toasted almond.

Patron Anejo, a uniquely barrel-aged spirit, matures for 12 to 15 months in oak barrels, developing a sweeter profile while maintaining distinctive baked agave flavors. It boasts prominent wood notes that complement rather than overshadow the essence of Patron. Whether enjoyed neat or in cocktails, it offers a sophisticated, smoky sweetness in its finish.

Indulge in Patron Anejo straight or in crafted cocktails—it serves as a remarkable alternative to bourbon or whiskey. It's favored by many as an ideal post-dinner drink or paired with desserts.

Opulent and elegant, the 2021 release of our Brumaire Chardonnay is filled with rich, tropical fruit flavor and a crisp acidity that begs to be paired with all of this season’s adventures.

TASTING NOTES

The salivation factor is high in this aromatic Russian River Valley Chardonnay! An airy peach blossom and nectarine perfume leads to a palate layered with notes of fresh orchard peaches, lemon peel and cool minerality underscored by subtle baking spice and toasted oak accents. Vibrant natural acidity adds brightness and lift to the full, juicy finish.

On one side, you have good ol whiskey - a bold, loud, and strong partner-in-crime who exudes confidence. On the other, we have peanut butter - a rich, smooth, and irresistible spread that's as dependable as they come for all your late night cravings. Little did you know, these two blend together quite phenomenally. In fact, they go together so well, they make PB&J jealous. It's nearly impossible to just have one of this delicious treat. But we have to warn you - a night with Skrewball is bound to get a little nutty.

A new, bold take on a California classic; flavors of yellow apple, marzipan and clove; the addition of American oak aging gives the wine its unique flavors of marshmallow, coconut oil and vanilla bean.

Jack Ryan Single Malt with an abv of 46% is an authentic Irish Whiskey that sets you up for a delicious mouthful of silky, honey sweetness with a long, warm- hearted, lingering, spicy finish.

TASTING NOTES

Nose: Intense tropical fruit aromas of passionfruit, pineapple, lemon and orange peel with a touch on cinnamon and ginger.

Palate: Smooth and oily textured. Even at the full 46% it is soft and easy to drink. Flavours of fresh pineapple, lemon, oranges, marmalade and ginger snap with some honey and oak.

Finish: Becomes more malty and biscuity with the oak flavours also shining through.

Color: Bright gold in colour.

In the early 1800’s, New York produced more than half the young nation’s Barley and Rye and the Hudson Valley was the country’s breadbasket. With abundant high quality grain, local craft spirits flourished and over 1000 farm distilleries produced Whiskey and Gin reflecting the unique terroir of the region. Over the top and shattering to the veins, these wines possess major concentration and daring flavor. The original is the Earthquake Zin which came from an old Lodi vineyard planted around the same time of San Francisco’s great Earthquake of 1906. While mulling over a label name in the vineyard, Michael Phillips thought it only seemed fitting to relate this intense wine with the historical quake. These dark and voluminous wines will definitely leave your senses quivering.

TASTING NOTES
This rich, burly Zinfandel offers over the top concentration and intensity that will leave your taste buds trembling! Opening with luscious red fruit and brown sugar aromas, this full-bodied Zin overflows with strawberry jam, molasses and vanilla bean flavors carried though by a fruit laced finish that lingers until the next quake.

FROM THE HEART OF THE OZARKS
