Rumple Minze is a peppermint schnapps liqueur, usually served frozen and drunk as a shot with beer. Marketed as a German-style schnapps, the brand's logo is a double-headed golden eagle.

Distillery Information

Diageo's Italian operations started in 1985, when what was then Grand Metropolitan invested in Francesco Cinzano, fully acquiring the company in 1992. Seven years later, the Cinzano brand was sold and in 2002, the company assumed the name of Diageo Italy

Introducing Goslings Spirited Seas Rum, a generous gift from the wild Atlantic Ocean.. The voyage starts by filling vintage bourbon barrels with a superior blend of premium aged Bermuda rums. The barrels are loaded on to a vessel, and the rum ages for another year at sea, traveling back and forth from Bermuda to the Mid-Atlantic. The stormy seas and air have an extraordinary effect on the blend. The rum interacts with he charred American white oak over every wave, extracting all the barrel’s flavor. The result is an elegant and complex rum with an oaky, nose, hints of salted caramel and luscious spice, and a smooth finish.

Espadín

The Espadín agave, known as the genetic Mother of the Blue Weber Agave, is used to produce tequila and is also the predominant agave used in mezcal production. Unique in itself, the characteristics of this agave showcase the aromas of wet earth, a rich smokiness on the mid-palate, and a finish reminiscent of wild flowers. This variety of agave is a subspecies of the Angustifolia Family of agave.

Mexicano

The Mexicano agave thrives in the moist environment of lower elevations. This wild agave can grow quite large and is usually harvested when close to ten years of age. The concentration of sugar in the fully mature agave produces an extremely powerful mezcal. The palate is distinctively herbaceous and earthy with a long lasting finish in the mouth. Mexicano is a subspecies of the Rhodacantha Family of agave.

Tobasiche

A subspecies of the Karwinskii Family of agave, the Tobasiche is a wild agave that needs twelve to thirteen years to fully mature. This agave is typically characterized by its herbaceous and cedar-like aromatics with an earthy finish.

TASTE

The Jamón Ibérico expresses a citrus-forward nose of lime and grapefruit with a tropical aroma of banana. A viscous mouthfeel coats the palate with savory flavors, complemented by a slight floral note of hibiscus flower.

The annual return of the Blue Corn Bourbon unveils a 4-year expression, boasting a potent 60.8% ABV and a finishing touch in Washington Cabernet and California Grenache puncheons. Its vibrant rustic scent evokes images of an oiled leather sofa, antique china cabinet, and candied pecans, accented by hints of black cherry ice cream and strawberry jam on scones, culminating in the aroma of cola adorned with orange peel.
As for the taste, the palate offers a long and intricate journey. It commences with delicate whispers of gardenia amidst a tapestry of cocktail cherry richness, gradually unfolding into the warmth of spiced pear cobbler, and concluding with a crescendo of allspice, macerated berries, and the indulgence of mint chocolate.

What is commonly referred to as the “Angel’s Share,” where mysterious losses from barrel aging occurs, is thought to be consumption by “Chamucos,” thus the origin of our brand name.

KI NO BI SEI is made according to the same intricate production method as the original KI NO BI, using 11 botanicals distilled in six distinct flavour categories, known as the 6 Elements. The final blend has been recalibrated by our distilling team to bring out the best of each botanical at the higher strength. This bottling is at the traditional Royal Navy strength of 54.5% abv, often confused with 100 proof, or 57.1% abv.

In contrast with the original KI NO BI, which has a delicate and gentle profile, KI NO BI SEI has a thicker mouthfeel and full-bodied flavour, which works well in cocktails.

Tasting Notes

The higher proof allows the distinctive taste of KI NO BI’s flavour profile to prevail. It’s punchy at first on the palate, while retaining the cleanness and harmony of the original KI NO BI. All of the flavours are enhanced while remaining well-balanced. A perfect gin for cocktails.

The Oversized Barrel 500L, part of Buffalo Trace's Experimental Collection, revolutionizes whiskey aging by introducing an unprecedented size that transforms the maturation process, infusing the spirit with unmatched flavors and complexities. In examining the impact of barrel size on the final product, bourbon was aged in larger barrels—250L and 500L—alongside the standard 200L, all on the same aging floor and for identical durations. Tasting Notes

Lalocura's clay pot distilled mezcales have built a steady cult following of chefs, writers, and mezcal-heads, who turn up at the palenque each day hoping to spend a few hours listening to maestro mezcalero Eduardo "Lalo" Ángeles tell stories, taste  the 20+ expressions he has resting in glass at any given time, and instagram a photo of his colorful dining room table covered in empty veladoras.

Before starting Lalocura in 2014, Eduardo Ángeles spent years working as the fourth generation master distiller of his family’s brand, where he combined a lifetime of working under his father, the late, great Don Lorenzo with a degree in agricultural engineering, and a philosophy that is all his own.

Lalocura is produced in Santa Catarina Minas, Oaxaca, where the agave piñas are roasted in an earthen oven, mashed by hand, fermented outdoors, and distilled in clay pots. It's a process that has produced great mezcal for centuries.

Named by Wine Enthusiast as a “Top 100 Spirit”, our signature rum is one of the rarest rums in the world. We make it from the fresh juice of estate-grown Hawaiian heirloom sugarcane (kō) on our farm in Kohala, Hawai‘i. The sugarcane juice is fermented using a special yeast and distilled in a handmade, copper pot still to 60-74% ABV. This slow, careful process makes delicious and flavorful rum that showcases the magnificence of the kō.

Chamucos Tequila was originally conceived in 1992 by two friends; the Oscar nominated Mexican film director, Antonio Urrutia, and his close friend, a hand-blown glass bottle artist/ producer, Cesar Hernandez. US Importer Mark Howard was interested in creating his own tequila brand and saw a bottle while visiting Cesar’s glass factory. Chamucos Tequila was originally produced and bottled as Reposado only. The recipe/formula was the collaboration of the group (Cesar, Antonio and Mark) lead by renowned Master Distiller, Ing. Hector Davalos. Chamucos was launched in both Mexico and the US in 1994. Chamucos Blanco was first introduced in 2009 and Chamucos Anejo in 2010. Today, Chamucos Tequila is sold in eight countries. Leading in sales is the U.S. followed by Mexico.

Chamucos Blanco

The flavor of blue agave abounds. Spicy, vanilla, cinnamon, fennel, citrus and orange blossoms with a barely discernible hint of smoke. It’s ultra smooth and soft and has a very silky mouth feel.
It’s well rounded and balanced with a nice hint of earthiness. The finish is smooth with mild heat.
