Marked by honeysuckle and a hint of vanilla on the nose with an elegant foam. Plentiful in baked fruits: Mirabelle plum with a slight spice on the mid-palate that gives way to a long candied tropical-fruit and brisk mineral finish.

Distilled from 100% estate-grown blue agave, Milagro Reposado is then aged in oak barrels for an inviting balance of oak and agave. With Milagro Reposado, Danny and Moy worked hard to create the appropriate balance of character with front-and-center agave taste.

A ship carrying spiced rum from the Caribbean was attacked by a monstrous Kraken. The Beast thrust upon the ship its massive limbs, plunging the vessel and the men on board into impenetrable darkness.

THE LONE SURVIVOR

All of the barrels of rum were destroyed except one, which was badly stained by the squid’s black ink. It was dubbed “The Kraken Rum.” It is now known as a liquid of unparalleled darkness.

Intense and brilliant red garnet. Intense red fruit aromas (cherry, raspberry), completed by sweet vanilla notes. Harmonious, supple, well-balanced. The tannins are velvety, the finish is long and exquisite on the fruit. M de Magnol Haut Médoc is a fruity, juicy and elegant wine. 

Food matches: Entrecôte à la Bordelaise, risotto with mushrooms, Asian onion beef, ripe cheeses, red fruit based or dark chocolate based desserts. Best served between 16°C and18°C.

Pusser's highly awarded Gunpowder Proof is a traditional Royal Navy style rum produced at original Admiralty strength in accordance with the Admiralty's blending recipe last used when the Royal Navy discontinued its daily ration on 31 July 1970 (109 Proof). Before the invention of the hydrometer, the ship's purser shutdown claims of watering down the sailors daily tot by mixing a few grains of gunpowder to the rum to see if it would burn. If the mixture ignited, the rum was at proof. If it didnt, the purser might find himself tossed to sea.

In 1870, George Garvin Brown was the first to seal his whisky, Old Forester, in a glass bottle. Our mezcal begins with a slow 90-minute drive outside of Puebla, Mexico. The dramatic terrain, rugged high-elevation mesas, and cyclical weather patterns are the perfect recipe for thriving agaves. Nestled in the foothills around the small village of Huehuetlán el Grande, the palenque and agave fields are at the center of the budding Poblano mezcal movement.

Our story starts with fourth-generation master-mezcalero Aarón Alva Sánchez. A true mezcal visionary, Aarón is a pioneer in the mezcal space, having played a central role in the tobalá renascence.
Aarón is an artist and a scientist who has spent his life mastering the end-to-end process of agave farming through mezcal production. Recognizing how difficult the tobalá agave is to cultivate, Aarón set out to develop a sustainable process for reproducing the finicky agave at scale. A true pioneer in the mezcal tradition, Aarón’s charismatic demeanor and legendary expertise command respect and admiration within the mezcal community.

Aria Portland Dry Gin is distilled by hand in the heart of Northwest Portland, Oregon. Aria is a classic English inspired gin made using traditional British ingredients and distillation techniques and is true to the London Dry style.

Aria was created by a seventeen-year professional bartender, for bartenders, with cocktails in mind. Aria is a versatile gin which works well in any classic gin cocktail, especially a Martini, or it can be the basis for experimentation and creativity. It is also approachable enough to be enjoyed neat or straight over ice.

The recipe for Aria was developed over the course of four years and hundreds of test distillations. Aria is handmade and batch distilled with ten classic gin botanicals that were carefully chosen to create a flavor profile that has depth and complexity, but above all a perfect sense of balance.

TASTING NOTES

Aria is full bodied and boldly aromatic. Juniper is up front—obvious on the first nosing and initially on the palate. Underneath the juniper, layers of bright citrus, earthy undertones, floral highlights and subtle spicy notes reveal themselves, both on the nose and palate, though none are overpowering. All of the layers of flavor are balanced. The pristine Bull Run water use to cut Aria after distillation provides a rich, creamy mouthfeel. The finish is long and soft.
