Alizé Bleu Passion is an infusion of delectable passion fruit, fresh cherries and a hint of ginger blended with premium French vodka.  This unique combination is bold and bursting with vivid passion fruit, ripe cherries and a hint of spice.

In 1862, after 10 years of perfecting his rums, Don Facundo Bacardí Massó introduced the world to his BACARDÍ Superior rum. A sublime rum for cocktails, it doesn’t dominate other flavors nor does it disappear when mixed. Perfect for classic rum cocktails like the Mojito.

TASTING NOTES

BACARDÍ Superior Rum is a light and aromatically balanced rum. Subtle notes of almonds and lime are complemented by hints of vanilla. The finish is dry, crisp, and clean.

Our Lilac Gin blooms brilliantly once a year in limited quantities. Made each spring as a complement to Rochester’s rich festival and floral history. Once known as The Flower/Flour City, we recognize Rochester’s roots with a gin that sports a beautiful bouquet of lilac, lavender, rose, and hibiscus. Each flower petal is steeped, distilled, and recombined to create a light and delicate flavor.

Enjoy our Lilac Gin in a sweet and aromatic cocktail such as an Aviation or Highland Park. Relish in the warm and happy feelings of Spring with our favorite Lilac Gin cocktails. Marqus de Casa Concha wines were created as a tribute to the title conferred upon the Concha y Toro family in 1718 by King Felipe V of Spain. The wines are single vineyard, estate bottled wines made in limited production with grapes grown in the prime vineyards of the Central Valley. Marqus de Casa Concha wines embody Concha y Toro's tradition in the art of winemaking, and are consistently awarded 90 point ratings from top US wine publications.

During the 17th century, the Madeira archipelago (situated just 200 miles north of the Canary Islands off the coast of Africa) was the major exporter of sugar and sugar cane to much of Portugal and the remainder of Western Europe. As Algerian pirates began raiding European cargo ships in the 18th century, and Napoleon began plunged Europe into a series of wars, the waters off the coast of the Madeira archipelago became too dangerous, and the production of sugar cane, as well as cachaa a spirit distilled from sugar cane shifted to Brazil. Since then, cachaa has become the most popular spirit in Brazil and the third most-popular spirit in the world. Yaguara Cachaa is crafted by a fifth-generation family of cachaa producers, situated in the heart of Brazil. After the stalks of organic sugarcane grow as high twelve feet on the family's estate, expert farmers tenderly harvest the crops by hand using a machete. Then, the sugarcane is pressed and the resulting pulp slowly fermented using a family yeast recipe that has been passed down for nearly two hundred years. Following distillation, the cachaa is distilled through a 750-liter copper alembic still before being expertly blended together by Master Blender Erwin Weimann, who has over four decades of experience in the cachaa industry. As a result of his expertise, Yaguara Cachaa has a golden green hue, along with an aroma of overripe bananas, papayas and dried apricots. The aroma gives way to notes of chamomile, lentils, limes and lemongrass on the palate, and yields to a finish accented by touches of ginger and crushed red pepper. Yaguara Cachaa is gluten-free and was just released in the United States.

KEY INGREDIENTS
To achieve the smooth, full-bodied taste of our Spiced Orange Ginger Ale, we selected three types of ginger for their complementary, yet distinctive, flavour profiles. From Cochin in India, we source a variety that lends a warm and spicy flavour. From the Ivory Coast, we get a fresh green ginger that has an incredible lemongrass freshness. Finally, our Nigerian ginger brings a deep, intense flavour to the blend. To this, we add cinnamon and clementine to bring a delicious sweetness to the drink. 

Malfy Gin Rosa is distilled using the peel of Sicilian pink grapefruits, Italian juniper berries, rhubarb, and four other botanicals. Our sun-ripened Sicilian pink grapefruits are grown in citrus groves on the Mediterranean coast where the mountains greet the sea. Enjoy this colorful burst of Italian sunshine on the rocks, with tonic or in your favorite cocktail.

GIN FROM ITALY
Italian invented gin in the 11th century. Monks living on the Salerno Coast gathered juniper berries and mixed them with alcohol. Today, our family makes Malfy G.Q.D.I. (Gin di Qualit Distillato in Italia) at our distillery in Moncalieri. We use Italian ingredients across our range of gins to give Malfy its signature Italian flavor. Our Story

WÓDKA! An honest vodka, made by people who love the spirit, so we’ll give it to you straight.

Vodka has a hotly contested history. Some may tell you it originated in Russia, but in truth it definitely, probably comes from Poland. That’s why we make WÓDKA Vodka in Poland, with Polish ingredients, in a classically Polish, no-bullshit style.

We get the rye, then we mill it, cook it, and ferment it. We distill it five times, mellow it through a charcoal filter twice. We let it sit and rest. That’s it. The result is a clean, no-frills, high-quality vodka that tastes good in cocktails and also tastes good out of cocktails.

Our history isn’t what makes WÓDKA great, but we’re proud of it. We’re one of the last estate-grown Polish rye vodkas left, and our distillery is near Kalisz, the oldest town in Poland, famous even in Roman times for its rye. Everything we use is Polish, even the charcoal (a unique Polish birch), and especially the rye: locally grown Dankowskie, a golden winter variant that vodka nerds agree is very good stuff.
