The Glenrothes Sherry Cask Reserve has been matured entirely in first-fill Sherry seasoned oak casks. Situated adjacent to the Burn of Rothes in the Speyside region of Scotland, The Glenrothes Distillery was founded by in 1879 by James Stuart, who had previously been employed at The Macallan Distillery. The distillery's history is marred by tragedy in 1897, construction workers who were attempting to expand its capacity started a fire that consumed much of the distillery's equipment and infrastructure. Twenty-five years later, a fire in the distillery's original warehouse caused the loss of 200,000 gallons of maturing whisky. Despite having lost ten copper-pot stills in various accidents since its founding, the Glenrothes Distillery is now a picture of tranquility. The Glenrothes Single Malt Scotch Whisky is made from plump, ripe Scottish barley, which is malted and fermented using water sourced from the Ardcanny and Brauchhill springs (the springs are situated adjacent to the distillery). Following fermentation, the grains are twice distilled through the Glenrothes' copper-pot stills. The stills, which were designed and fashioned to be exact replicas of the original stills installed in 1879, are incredibly tall and uniquely shaped, which contributes to the overall light and sweet flavor of the whisky. After distillation, The Glenrothes' stillmen remove the heads and tails of the distillate and preserve only the "hearts" for maturation (the hearts comprise less than 20% of the entire distillate). The Glenrothes Sherry Cask Reserve Single Malt Scotch Whisky is a blend of rare and limited vintages produced at The Glenrothes Distillery, each aged exclusively in first-fill ex-Oloroso Sherry casks custom-made in Jerez, Spain. These casks cost as much as five times their American ex-bourbon equivalents The Glenrothes Distillery's Malt Master, Gordon Motion, who hand-selects the casks for the Sherry Cask Reserve, believes they are worth it. The whisky has a complex aroma of lemon cake, Christmas cookies, fresh pear and vanilla, which leads to an equally bold palate filled with notes of gingerbread, oak, flan and baking spices. The finish, which is bitter and nutty, is complete with memorable notes of orange zest. The Glenrothes is an award-winning Speyside single malt of exceptional quality and a pioneer in the Scotch whisky industry. All our Single Malt is Vintage Whisky. A category of peach with fluffy skin and generally reddish flesh, the vine peach was originally planted at the ends of vines in order to alert winegrowers to the appearance of possible diseases. Eccentric and hypnotic, Paint Me Purple Ube Lager is tasty, creamy, and delectable beer with an easily drinkable character. Its Lager base style means it’s very clean, with not a lot of fruit profiles. PRODUCT PROFILE

Herradura Double Barrel Reposado is a unique tequila that has undergone a two-step aging process, resulting in a rich and smooth flavor profile. The tequila is first aged in charred American White Oak barrels for 11 months, and then aged for an additional 30 days in new charred barrels. This creates a dark amber-colored liquid with a complex flavor, including hints of cooked agave, vanilla, allspice, clove, and oak. The double-resting process gives Herradura Double Barrel Reposado an unmatched taste among Reposado tequilas.

Back from the fiery depths! Our 2021 Tears of Vulcan continues our tradition of bright, floral, citrusy, textural, skin contact orange wine. Made of 49% Viognier, 43% Pinot gris and 8% Muscat from two organic vineyards in the Chehalem Mtns AVA of the Willamette Valley. The fruit was on its skins for all of primary fermentation; 23 days. Then it was pressed and went through elevage in in 90% neutral French oak, 5% new French oak, and 5% new Acacia.

In 1815, the Johnston brothers leased 1,000 acres on Islay to raise cattle. They grew barley for feed but ended up distilling surplus grains into whisky. Laphroaig was born. For over a century, the distillery remained family-owned. In 1954, Ian Hunter bequeathed it to Bessie Williamson, who guarded its secrets. Laphroaig Single Malt is a robust, intensely flavored whisky made from Islay peat. Malted and smoked on the island, it's fermented and twice-distilled in unique copper-pot stills. Glenlossie’s stills were fitted with purifier pipes which carry any heavier alcohols which have refluxed out in the lyne arm back into the body of the still to be redistilled. It is the use of these purifiers which adds a certain oily textural quality to the spirit, while a long fermentation also helps to promote a grassiness in the new make. Glenlossie remains a major contributor to its parent company’s blends, and other than Diageo’s Flora & Fauna series.

Produced in Northern France near the Belgium border, Wignac Ciders are 100% organic ciders made from table apples, cider apples and juice from wine grapes from Burgundy! The ciders have no added sugar, no added sulfites, and are naturally gluten-free.

The Wignac estate was established in 2016, when Edouard and Eliane de Merode, a brother and sister, started producing Wignac cider in the Ardennes. Many Americans remember the Ardennes as the region where major battles of WWI and WWII took place.  Edouard and Eliane want to show that the Ardennes can also be known for something beautiful too - its cider.
Located near the famous terroir of the Champagne region, Edouard and Eliane seek to reinvent and rejuvenate the image of cider and the region while maintaining the traditional making of cider on the Wignac estate. Both Edouard and Eliane grew up in the countryside surrounded by the nature, so was only natural to have their estate certified organic. And before their orchards were planted, the estate already boasted organic Angus cows.

Wignac was the name of Edouard and Eliane’s great-great grandmother, la Marquise de Wignac, from whom Edouard and Eliane inherited the Domaine du Château de Guignicourt sur Vence (Ardennes – France) The château was built in 1710 by the Wignacourt family and it has been in the family ever since – despite being seized during the French Revolution.  It was eventually given back to the family by Napolean I in the early 1800’s!

Wignac ciders are unique and unlike traditional French ciders. ‘Le Lièvre” is a mix of cider apples and table apples. “Le Goupil” is a rosé cider made of cider and table apples to which juice from wine grapes from Burgundy has been added. 

Le Lievre offers aromas and flavors of a fresh apple, picked directly from the tree. Le Goupil offers delicate aromas and flavors of apples, with a hint of sweetness from the juice from wine grapes.
