Golden yellow color. Aromas and flavors of pickled apples, grassy herbs and creamy cheese. Very dry and crisp, displaying a nice level of acidity and even a hint of salinity, like a cool sea breeze. Lovely balance and flavor integration.

Therefore, we are committed to protecting our traditions, while offering an artisanal drink of the highest quality.CONVITE aspires to be a point of reference in our community, by supporting environmental sustainability, fair trade and community development; that is why we also carry out all our value chain activities exclusively in Oaxaca.In every bottle we produce, you can find the presence of fragments of ancient traditions, the land where the plant was grown and the knowledge inherited generation after generation.

PRODUCTION PROCESS

Mezcal CONVITE is a high quality artisanal mezcal. The thorough selection of wild agaves and the careful distillation adopted from ancient methods give our mezcals their distinctive flavors and luxurious tastes.

Made 100% in the traditional way, without any accelerators or added flavors, using the highest quality ingredients.

The production is made in small, exclusive lots, with a superb flavor. A true elixir of Mexico for the world! These attributes make it 100% natural, high quality, with an exquisite flavor, special and unique in the world.

UNA'

Pink in colour. A herbal character with citric tones complemented by a light, sweet mineral touch. Produced with the Espadín agave and organically coloured with cochineal tint.

Frankly Organic Lemon Vodka is a premium spirit crafted from organic ingredients, offering a bright, refreshing flavor profile. Made with real lemons and distilled using sustainable practices, this vodka is perfect for cocktails or sipping neat. Its smooth finish and zesty citrus notes make it a delightful choice for any occasion.

Blanco uses minimal to no water to dilute and as such, offers an abundance of intensity. Smoky, earthy and salty, it is rounded and smooth, with a finishing note of cooked agave.

DESCRIPTION

With a 50% ABV, this is the ‘export strength’ expression of our multi-award-winning, strikingly smooth London Dry gin. A giant of a gin!

Exquisitely Engineered for a more complex flavour profile, we’ve added extra juniper and introduced six new botanicals – green cardamom, nutmeg, cumin, cassia bark, cubeb pepper and lemon – for a bolder, richer flavour; an earthy sweetness combines with citrus freshness for a dry spicy finish.

TASTING NOTES

Our Brunel is aromatic, full bodied, complex, undoubtedly spicy yet splendidly smooth. Warming notes of cardamom and cumin are complemented by juniper, sweet citrus and a dry and fragrant finish.

With Tonic:
Serve with plenty of ice, premium tonic and an orange wheel. Can also be served with ice, premium ginger ale and lemongrass.

This was a lofty experiment that worked. The results of this 100-percent rye mash bill, matured in used Uncle Nearest barrels before being bottled at 100-proof, keeps with our tradition of creating some of the most awarded whiskeys in the world. This is rye whiskey, elevated, hitting every mark with its rich flavor profile, incredible balance of spices, and extraordinarily smooth finish.

TASTING NOTES

PALATE: Brimming with light vanilla cream, caramelized sugar and the unmistakable spice of rye.

FINISH: Long, rich and well-balanced.

NOSE: Bold and decadent with notes of praline, nutmeg and white pepper.

Charring is an age-old method for invigorating barrels to intensify the taste. Jameson Black Barrel is our tribute to our coopers, who painstakingly give their bourbon barrels an additional charring to reveal their untold richness and complexity. The select double charred barrels produce a whiskey with even richer flavor and intense smoothness.

TASTING NOTES

COLOR: Toasted brown with amber hues

Naturally aged for at least four and a half years, the bold and full-bodied blend of DUSSE VSOP Cognac is made from a selection of the finest eaux-de-vie, including some that were carefully matured in the cellars of the Cha^teau de Cognac. The result is a uniquely powerful Cognac that begins with bold intensity and finishes pleasantly smooth and balanced.

Natural humidity of the cellars impacts evaporation and maintains the perfect balance of humidity, dryness and temperature, unique aging conditions found only at the Cha^teau de Cognac. Produced using the Charentaise method - slow double-distillation in copper stills.The lees (spent yeast cells) are kept in the wine to add additional depth and character to the eau-de-vie.

This whiskey is made from a carefully selected blend of corn, rye, and malted barley, which is then distilled in copper pot stills and aged in new American oak barrels. The whiskey is aged for a minimum of four years, which allows it to develop its unique and complex flavor profile.

The flavor profile of Nelson Bros Reserve Bourbon is characterized by notes of caramel, vanilla, and toasted oak, which are balanced by a subtle spiciness and a hint of smokiness. The whiskey has a smooth and velvety texture, with a long and satisfying finish.

One of the things that sets Nelson Bros Reserve Bourbon apart from other whiskeys is the attention to detail that goes into every bottle. The whiskey is bottled at cask strength, which means that it is not watered down before bottling, and each bottle is hand-labeled and hand-numbered.

After RUMRYE we move on to RUMZCAL bridging categories and creating a unique flavour combination aiding bartenders and consumers to a new split-base in one bottle. We have brought together our original dark-aged rum with an authentic taste of Mexico… Mezcal!

RUMZCAL 99 marries a 66 % Ron Colón Dark Aged Rum together with a 33% Mezcal finished at a 99 proof. The Lopez Real distillery, which is a 4th generation family business, processes the Maguey Espadin from Oaxaca.
