The 2021 Cherry Pie Tri-County Pinot Noir is concentrated with aromas of macerated cherries, cranberries and dark oolong tea. On the palate, this wine has brambly notes of mulberries, ripe Bing cherries with notes of baking spices and sweet toasty oak with a long, silky smooth finish.

The Vineyard
Combining three counties, each in its own AVA, Cherry Pie Pinot Noir showcases the best of each county’s unique flavor profile. The Napa County grapes are sourced from Carneros which is the coolest of the three climates and provides bright earthy red fruit to the blend. San Luis Obispo’s climate generated by the proximity to the Pacific Ocean is vital for the freshness and vibrancy of this wine. The vineyards are located just a few miles from the Pacific Ocean, with a very long, cool growing season. The Santa Barbara County grapes benefit from sandy soils, bright sunshine and cool ocean breezes which combine to lengthen fruit ripening and extend hang time, resulting in intense aromatics and bright acidity.

Yellow Rose Harris County Straight Bourbon Whiskey is hand-made and pot-distilled in Houston, TX. Using 100% Texas-grown grains: Yellow Corn, Elbon Rye, and San Jacinto Malted Barley, then small-batch aged in the southern heat, Harris County is Texan to the core.

Mythology Needle Pig Gin is a dry modern gin distilled with six natural botanicals that include Italian juniper, coriander seed, orris root, grapefruit peel, star anise and sage. Sage spice and sweet pine on the nose complimented by resinous citrus from the juniper and ripe grapefruit. On the palate sweet jam up front, followed by grapefruit citrus, licorice and pine. As the spirit transforms, there is nice anise spice on the mid palate with subtle floral notes. Lasting citrus and sage on the finish.

In the Wild Backcountry
A Trapper glided quietly through a field of juniper until he crossed paths with a Needle Pig. They both froze. The Trapper’s hand moved slowly to his spear when a mighty roar exploded from the forest. He grabbed his spear. The Needle Pig spread its quills & they both turned to face a charging grizzly bear. At the prospect of facing such a ferocious defense, the bear turned and fled.

Inspired by the spirit of Needle Pig, we hand a botanical gin that’s not afraid to stand on its own.

RIEGER'S BOTTLED IN BOND STRAIGHT RYE WHISKEY

Since resurrecting our pre-Prohibition distillery in 2014, J. Rieger & Co. has been committed to distilling whiskeys using the time-honored traditions of American Whiskey production. Utilizing the finest rye and barley grains available, this Bottled in Bond Straight Rye Whiskey was distilled, aged and bottled in our Kansas City distillery. This 6 year old Rye delivers complex aromas of cocoa and baking spice followed by rich flavors of stone fruit and toasted vanilla.

ABOUT RIEGER'S RYE
For 95 years, J. Rieger & Co. sat dormant, a casualty of a failed social experiment known as Prohibition. Kansas City didn’t legally distill for nearly a century.
‍In 2014, under the guidance of industry legend, Dave Pickerell, Ryan Maybee and Andy Rieger successfully relaunched the J. Rieger & Co. brand and got the booze flowing in KC once again. From the start we committed to allowing our whiskeys time to properly age. We respect the time-honored tradition of aging whiskey in 53-gallon White American Oak barrels and believe that absolutely nothing can substitute for time spent in a barrel. We elected to release our earliest Rye Whiskey distillates as Bottled in Bond Whiskeys, a uniquely American distinction of quality, commitment and heritage. More Rye expressions are on the horizon.
‍This product is a tribute to Dave Pickerell, the larger-than-life legendary Master distiller, who was kind enough to bestow upon us his knowledge and passion for creating the finest Whiskeys in America. And also to Kansas City, our hometown since 1887 for supporting us, believing in us and rooting us on.

OUR PROCESS
This whiskey is a pot distilled rye that consists of 96% rye and 4% malted barley.  We really wanted to showcase the rye and that is why we chose to make it a very dominant rye grain bill.  We distilled this rye paying very close attention to the spice that we all know and love from rye whiskeys and made sure that what we put in the barrel had the aggressive spice we had hoped for.  This whiskey was aged for 6 years in new, charred white oak barrels from Independent Stave in Lebanon, Missouri.

TASTING NOTES
Aromas of caramelized orange and fresh baked bread. Flowery notes of orange blossom and cut grass. Flavors of toasted cedar, five spice, salty sunflower seeds & cinnamon. Mid-palate is rich with chocolate-covered cherries, buttered popcorn, and a lingering spicy fruit-jam character. A cherry-cola like quality. A long finish with drier notes of sage, mint, and a little toasted coconut. Extremely balanced and pleasant to revisit with each sip.

Deep Eddy Cranberry Vodka starts with the base of our award-winning Original vodka, real juice from cranberries, and lightly sweetened with pure cane sugar for a refreshing, tart taste!

Distillery Information

Born in Austin, Deep Eddy Vodka is handcrafted in small batches at our Texas distillery using only premium ingredients.

Wiggly Bridge Gin is made using the same sour mash base that Wiggly Bridge Distillery uses for their award-winning whiskeys, and all their spirits are distilled on their hand-built 60 gallon copper still, which is operated by a father and son team.

Tasting Notes

When first nosed, Wiggly Bridge Gin has prominent notes of licorice and anise, with a subtle hint of hay and corn in the background. This combination of licorice and grain is reminiscent of some genevers. On the palate, the spirit is somewhat thin and quickly washes over the palate, but it has a distinct and warm finish that lingers. Initially, there's a touch of licorice, followed by a sharp juniper flavor and a mild bitterness from orange zest. Towards the end, there's a musky note that comes from the angelica root. Finally, the gin finishes with a long, warm, slightly peppery and licorice-flavored aftertaste.

Snowcrest Vodka pays tribute to a wild and remote mountain range in southwest Montana. Isolated from visitors, this range is home to wolverines, grizzlies, lynx, wolves, and perhaps a Yeti. This smooth and subtle vodka made with premium American corn and pure Montana spring water is the perfect spirit for mixing.

100% Caribbean molasses that is fermented and distilled in true caribbean fashion. The Distillery employs the use of a dunder pit which lends their rums a unique butteriness and characteristics of the Islands.

Tasting Notes:

Color: Clear and neutral

Nose: Butter, butterscotch, leather

Taste: A true taste of the caribbean, loads of butter, essence of tropical fruit. Big mouthfeel that is coating and soothing. Loads of molasses with hints of raisin and cinnamon.

Finish: The finish is warm even heat with some delightful spice.

The oldest anise liqueur in France, Pernod is made from distillates of star anise, fennel and 14 other botanicals such as coriander and mint. It has a low liquorice content, which sets it apart from pastis. The original version included wormwood and was produced as absinthe at the Pernod Fils factory from 1805. The Pernod liqueur of today was created in 1938, though a reformulated absinthe based on the original recipe was released in 2005. Pernod merged with Ricard in 1975.

This classic spirit has been crafted to capture the essence of an orange liqueur such as Triple Sec with flavours that are unique and contemporary. Lyre's spirits have their own distinction as a premium, non-alcoholic beverage.
