Produced with the same mash bill as the distillery's Small Barrel Bourbon (57% corn, 38% rye, 5% Malted Barley), Wiggly Bridge Bottled in Bond Bourbon was aged in 53 gallon barrels in a federally bonded warehouse, under U.S. government supervision, and is bottled at 100 proof/ 50% abv. Smooth and balanced with sweet notes of caramel, clove, dried fruit, lite oak and barrel char. With a finish that is very long lasting.

CASK FINISH: A variety of casks are used for maturation of the 12-year-old Scotch whiskies that make up this blend, leading to a greater depth and character.

PALATE: Round and creamy with a full, rich taste of honey and ripe pears alongside vanilla, hazelnut and butterscotch notes.

Made from 100% Blue Weber agave and using water from the natural well that sits beneath our distillery, our Espolon Cristalino is an authentic tequila experience that can only be achieved with time. Its unique blend of Añejo with a touch of extra Anejo is artfully filtered with charcoal to obtain the translucent color while retaining our tequila's signature flavor. This results in a clear, 80 proof Cristalino with a taste of caramelized agave and honey followed by a fruity and oaky finish, according to the company.

Our Coppers American Gin is transformed by time in our used bourbon barrels to create one of the most distinctive, yet versatile, spirits available anywhere. The years of barrel aging in the Vermont climate mellows this gin to create a whiskey-like spirit with only a slight nose of juniper, mid-palate warmth and an unexpectedly smooth finish, while the double barreling imparts an inviting amber color and rich wood flavors. Tasting Notes

Copper color aged gin at 85 proof. Dry wood atoms hit the nose first, followed by hints of cinnamon and vanilla. The barrel flavor carries through the mid-palate, with notes of cardamom and coriander early on. A vibrant, medium body with a compelling juniper and menthol mint finish and light aftertaste. .

About the Wine
The 2021 Apothic White is a vibrant blend of four varietals grown from California and Washington state. Chardonnay leads the blend while Pinot Gris, Riesling and Viognier add fragrant aromas and complexity. Layers of green apple, lemon zest and tree-ripened apricot open to a palate layered with notes of white peach and vanilla undertones. The finish is bright and crisp.

Viticulture Notes
Ongoing drought conditions throughout California caused a slight reduction in crop size in 2021. Mild summer conditions allowed the fruit to take its time ripening and developing optimal flavor concentration. Washington state experienced some prolonged heat spells, which also caused a slight drop in crop size. Harvest in both viticultural regions produced yields of high-quality grapes with excellent quality.

Winemaking Notes
To retain the natural characteristics of each varietal, we fermented the blend at cool temperatures. The Pinot Grigio, Viognier and Riesling were fermented 100% in stainless steel tanks to preserve delicate fruit aromas. Select lots of Chardonnay were fermented and aged on oak to add a touch of vanilla before undergoing malolactic fermentation to enhance fruit character.

Willett Pot Still Reserve Straight Bourbon Whiskey is a premium bourbon whiskey produced by the Willett Distillery, a family-owned and operated distillery located in Bardstown, Kentucky. The distillery was established in 1935 and has been producing high-quality bourbon ever since.

The Willett Pot Still Reserve Straight Bourbon Whiskey is named after the copper pot stills that are used to distill the whiskey. These stills are made of copper, which is believed to impart a unique flavor and character to the bourbon. The whiskey is made from a mash bill of corn, rye, and barley and is aged for a minimum of four years in charred oak barrels.

One of the unique aspects of the Willett Pot Still Reserve Straight Bourbon Whiskey is its high proof. This gives the whiskey a richer and more complex flavor profile, with notes of vanilla, caramel, and oak.

The Willett Pot Still Reserve Straight Bourbon Whiskey is also known for its distinctive bottle design. The bottle is shaped like a pot still, with a bulbous base that tapers up to a narrow neck. The label on the bottle features the Willett family crest, which includes a pot still and the motto "The Price of Perfection."

Nose: "vanilla lemon cake." The palate is a balance of caramel, vanilla, spices and citrus.

For this expression of Colkegan Single Malt Whiskey, Santa Fe Spirits takes Colkegan from select aged barrels and transfers it to freshly emptied Apple Brandy barrels, where it continues to age for a minimum of one year. This mellows and sweetens the Colkegan, resulting in a whiskey Whisky Advocate described as having “soft and juicy aromas of ginger juice, apple tart, strawberry shortcake, and light, sweet smoke” with “a good deal of apple, poached pear, marmalade and light smoke” on the palate, and which they awarded 89 points.

Santa Fe Spirits bottles all of its Colkegan Apple Brandy Cask Finished from small batches, so each batch will have its own unique flavor. With the Apple Brandy Cask Finished we like to maintain the differences.

Santa Fe Spirits was founded by Colin Keegan in 2010 with the goal of becoming the Southwest's pre-eminent artisan distillery. With products ranging from silver whiskey to barrel-aged apple brandy, Santa Fe Spirits is a relatively small distillery proud to be producing exceptional spirits designed to capture and accentuate the essence of the southwest.

Naturally aged for at least four and a half years, the bold and full-bodied blend of DUSSE VSOP Cognac is made from a selection of the finest eaux-de-vie, including some that were carefully matured in the cellars of the Cha^teau de Cognac. The result is a uniquely powerful Cognac that begins with bold intensity and finishes pleasantly smooth and balanced.

Natural humidity of the cellars impacts evaporation and maintains the perfect balance of humidity, dryness and temperature, unique aging conditions found only at the Cha^teau de Cognac. Produced using the Charentaise method - slow double-distillation in copper stills.The lees (spent yeast cells) are kept in the wine to add additional depth and character to the eau-de-vie.

The Fairies in the story of Clanyard Bay are well suited to this more delicate, and subtle single malt whisky. In 1887 it became the first distillery north of Inverness to have electricity and a telephone. Teaninich remained in Munro family hands up until 1904, when Robert Innes Cameron, formerly a major shareholder, became the sole owner. In 1970 the distillery was greatly expanded, and an entire new building with six new stills was taken in operation. The four older stills remained in operation alongside the new stills.

Tasting Notes

Nose: A fragrant nose, with citrus fruit orange oils and cut grass. Freshly cut hay, chamomile and tangy apple promise a light and fascinating single malt. Soft bitter notes drift into roasted coffee beans and soft malt.

Palate: Toasted hazelnuts develop into warm baked apple pie. Baking spices linger and finish with a soft peppery prickle. With water added becomes dry with a whisper of smoke, and beeswax note mid-palate.

Finish: Long-medium finish and quite dry. Bitter orange marmalade and freshly baked biscuits bring a close to the fascinating whisky.

Oregon Spirit Distillers Malt 5 Whiskey is a small-batch gem from Central Oregon. Crafted with locally sourced barley and aged in American oak, it boasts rich flavors of caramel, vanilla, and toasted oak. Description

Our Cucumber Gin is made with 8 botanicals, including fresh, crisp cucumbers. We macerate and steep cucumbers into the spirit with our other botanicals for four days before re-distillation. The large citrus component helps lift the cucumber into a beautiful, light and bright flavor profile.

We have won several awards for this spirit, most recently receiving a Gold Medal from the Denver International Spirits Competition. This Gin is delicious in a classic Gin and Tonic or used to brighten your favorite cocktails.

CAMUS BORDERIES VSOP is a Single-Estate Cognac produced exclusively from CAMUS’ own magnificent vineyards in the very heart of the prestigious Borderies Appellation.

Borderies is the oldest and smallest cru in the appellation, representing less than 5% of the cognac AOC. With its 188 hectares (464 acres), CAMUS owns the largest extension of vineyards belonging to one single producer within the Cru. Thanks to their unique clay-limestone soil rich in flints, our parcels in the Borderies Cru give origin to a very distinctive Single Estate VSOP, with deep floral notes.

TASTING NOTES

Nose: Reveals enticing notes of vanilla pods and orange zest, on a bed of soft spice and floral aromas.

In 1783, Martell was the first to ship its barrels of cognac to the United States. Today, Martell celebrates this history with another first: Introducing Martell Blue Swift, a spirit drink made of Cognac VSOP then finished in Kentucky Bourbon casks.
