Tempus Fugit Spirits Crème de Noyaux is a classic 19th-century French liqueur made with distilled apricot and cherry pit kernels, combined with bitter almonds and other botanicals. Its complex, nutty, tree fruit-sweet aroma and flavor has a slight touch of balancing bitterness on the finish. Many years of research and tests were needed to finalize the production techniques and secure local sources of the natural ingredients required by the original protocols. The garnet-red color comes from the addition of cochineal, as directed by the original formula.

TASTING NOTES

Its flavor offers a complex "marzipan" note with sweet cherry undercurrent of aroma and flavor with a slight touch of balancing bitterness on the finish.

Tequila is a “Pueblo Mágico“ in the state of Jalisco, full of traditions, festivities, mexican gastronomy and hard working people that give life to Híjole! At the foot of the Santiago River, you’ll find a 450 acre plantation full of history and magic where our tequilana weber blue agaves are born. From the first rays of the rising sun, we begin to clean the fields, hard work done with dedication that is reflected in the handling and care of our agaves. Our jimadores get the best out of each plant or “piña”, the unique shape which our bottle is inspired by, and have them sent directly to our production plant in order to maintain the authentic flavor of Híjole!, a silver tequila made the way it's supposed to be

OUR PHILOSOPHY

In 1974, when A. H. HIRSCH first imagined his now legendary bourbon, he set the gold standard for thoughtful American whiskey. We believe the world is full of possibility, there’s always room for discovery, and craft is best balanced with experimentation. The Bivouac, pronounced “be∙voo∙ak,” refers to a temporary camp without a tent or cover. It alludes to a way of travel only meant for those who want to truly immerse themselves in nature. HIRSCH The Bivouac honors those adventurous spirits who are brave enough to take the road less traveled. 

The Bivouac combines two straight bourbons distilled in Bardstown, Kentucky - the world capital of Bourbon. Our custom mashbill is inspired by A.H. Hirsch Reserve 16-year-old legendary whiskey, providing balance to our make. 95% of the blend is distilled from mashbill of 74% corn, 18% rye, 8% malted barley, aged a minimum of 3 years. The remaining 5% is distilled from a high malted barley mash 72% corn, 13% rye, 15% malted barley, aged for a least 6 years, for added complexity. Bottled at 100 proof with approximately 160 barrels bottled with every batch. Enjoyed neat, on the rocks, or in your favorite cocktail.

Through a combination of careful barrel selection, blending in small batches, and meticulous proofing, each Pinhook vintage has a personality as unique as the horse on the label. The 2022 flagship rye was crafted using Pinhook's proprietary mashbill. Developed, distilled and aged over 2 years at Castle & Key Distillery in Frankfort, KY, our latest rye was blended and proofed by Sean Josephs, our Master Blender.
