That daiquiri is what you’d call a ‘fond memory’ cocktail. The clear fruit brandies of France also known as eau de vie, which translates to “water of life”. Most European countries have a local term for the clear, bone-dry brandies distilled from the regional fruit. Usually bottled at around 80 proof, these spirits are typically served at the end of a meal, or between courses, as the perfect digestif. These fruit brandies are traditionally un-aged to maintain the wonderful intensity of the fruit. The heart of Clear Creek’s product line is our fruit brandies, which are all made according to old world techniques traditionally used in Europe. We use only pure, whole Pacific Northwest grown fruit. Our flagship Pear Brandy takes 20 lbs of pears to make one 750 ml bottle.

Arbikie Chilli Vodka captures the smokiness of the chipotle and the earthiness of our potato vodka to create a perfect blend of spice and flavour. We use home grown chipotle chillies, which are soaked in our vodka to create a natural product with no extracts, colourings or concentrates. We have focused on creating a unique drinking experience that is as much about heat as it is about enjoying the smokiness of the chipotle.

The tradition of blending gin and bitters was first established by members of the Royal Navy to cure seasickness, and Pink Gin started life as a seafarers breakfast, drunk to rally a man against the wiles of the ocean. The Bitter Truth Pink Gin is a delicious blend of traditionally crafted gin and a blend of bitters. This minx is not just a common gin with a fake tan; it’s a sophisticated metrosexual in a salmon jumper.

It begins with a Mediterranean bouquet on the nose, with aromatic juniper, fresh lemons, and warm spices. Wonderfully gentle in the mouth, juniper berries are still at the helm, but these notes are supported by a crew of fresh spice flavors like licorice, caraway, and fennel, which cruise to a smooth whirlpool finish.

The Bitter Truth Pink Gin was created to please the taste of modern gin drinkers with a soft and gentle mouthfeel and fine complex flavors. It is best used on its own, as a Gin & Tonic, in your favorite Martini Cocktail or in any other gin-based cocktail.
