OUR NAME: The Cazcanes natives, the last indigenous people of Mexico to be conquered by the Spaniards.

OUR RECIPE: Based upon a 300-year-old indigenous recipe found in a moonshine jungle still.

THE LOST ART OF TEQUILA MAKING

CAZCANES WATER
Cazcanes sources natural artesian water for our tequila. The water starts off as rain or snow high up on the pristine peaks of the San Pedro de los Landeros mountains. It slowly travels through natural minerals deep within the volcanic mountains before emerging at the Navichi springs.

NATURAL YEAST FERMENTATION
The ‘piñas’ are then cooked, and crushed to extract and concentrate their flavors.  Next comes fermentation using natural, wild yeast, and then distillation in our alembic stills.

CAZCANES AGAVE
Hand-selected Weber Blue Lowland (Tequila Valley) Agave grown in Volcanic Tufa Soil at 4000-6000 ft is harvested during peak sugar levels to deliver a distinct Cazcanes taste.

At Cazcanes Tequila, we oversee every step of the process with tremendous Attention to detail to help create a tequila that stands above all the rest.

Cazcanes Tequila No.7 Reposado is the first Reposado offering from Mr. Collin Edwards, the award-winning Master Distiller of Cazcanes Tequila. Only 600 have been produced. Of which, only 300 have been available in the California market Starting July 2018. This particular blend was aged in heavy charred American oak barrels for 4 months to produce a defined taste and robust body. It also was awarded a Bronze Medal from the 2018 San Francisco World Spirits Competition.

The Garrison Brothers Single Barrel expression is the embodiment of unique, authentic bourbon and arguably, the Holy Grail of custom craftsmanship. Barrels selected for the program are a year older than most early vintages of the Texas Straight Bourbon and each barrel has its own distinct personality. While each barrel of Single Barrel is unique, the bourbon inside has a beautiful, dark copper color and long legs. The nose is more pronounced and delivers butterscotch, oak, vanilla, and nutmeg. This creates a warm and inviting environment, but it's the sweet oak flavor that really drives the taste.

A collaborative whisky project inspired by the great friendship between Compass Box and Juveniles Bistrot à Vins in Paris.

FLAVOUR PROFILE

Notes of barley sugar, pear drops and vanilla, complemented by an ethereal underlying herbal character.

The Macallan Triple Cask Matured 15 Years Old reveals the unrivaled commitment to the mastery of wood and spirit for which The Macallan has been known since it was established in 1824. A trinity of spirits, Triple Cask Matured 15 Years Old is aged individually in Sherry-seasoned European oak casks, Sherry-seasoned American oak and ex-bourbon American oak casks and then expertly married together to create a vibrant single malt with orange and chocolate notes. This uniquely complex combination of oak casks delivers the extraordinarily smooth and delicate character of this single malt.

Triple Cask Matured 15 Years Old was previously known as Fine Oak 15 Years Old and offers the same extraordinarily smooth, delicate yet complex character with a new name, new bottle and bold new packaging. Reflecting the quality of our whiskies and unveiling the skills and craft of the Macallan Masters, this new identity was rolled out in 2018.

Produced in Northern France near the Belgium border, Wignac Ciders are 100% organic ciders made from table apples, cider apples and juice from wine grapes from Burgundy! The ciders have no added sugar, no added sulfites, and are naturally gluten-free.

The Wignac estate was established in 2016, when Edouard and Eliane de Merode, a brother and sister, started producing Wignac cider in the Ardennes. Many Americans remember the Ardennes as the region where major battles of WWI and WWII took place.  Edouard and Eliane want to show that the Ardennes can also be known for something beautiful too - its cider.
Located near the famous terroir of the Champagne region, Edouard and Eliane seek to reinvent and rejuvenate the image of cider and the region while maintaining the traditional making of cider on the Wignac estate. Both Edouard and Eliane grew up in the countryside surrounded by the nature, so was only natural to have their estate certified organic. And before their orchards were planted, the estate already boasted organic Angus cows.

Wignac was the name of Edouard and Eliane’s great-great grandmother, la Marquise de Wignac, from whom Edouard and Eliane inherited the Domaine du Château de Guignicourt sur Vence (Ardennes – France) The château was built in 1710 by the Wignacourt family and it has been in the family ever since – despite being seized during the French Revolution.  It was eventually given back to the family by Napolean I in the early 1800’s!

Wignac ciders are unique and unlike traditional French ciders. ‘Le Lièvre” is a mix of cider apples and table apples. “Le Goupil” is a rosé cider made of cider and table apples to which juice from wine grapes from Burgundy has been added. 

Le Lievre offers aromas and flavors of a fresh apple, picked directly from the tree. Le Goupil offers delicate aromas and flavors of apples, with a hint of sweetness from the juice from wine grapes.

Taken from the center-cut or middle sections of the famous Warehouse H, Blanton’s Original Single Barrel was once designated for ambassadors, dignitaries, and Colonel Blanton’s family and friends. Today, everyone has access to the world’s first single barrel bourbon. The taste profile is sweet, with notes of citrus and oak. The creamy vanilla nose is teased with caramel and butterscotch, all underscored by familiar baking spices such as clove, nutmeg, or cinnamon. Blanton’s Original set the standard for single barrel bourbons in 1984. Best served neat or on the rocks. Bottled at 46.5% alcohol by volume.
