8-Year-Aged Ultra-Aejo Tequila Infused with Electrolytes

They say good things come to those who wait, and they were right. In fact, it takes a minimum of 16 years for our Ultra-Aejo tequila to reach your lips. Our agave is harvested approximately eight years after planting, and is then aged in oak barrels for an additional eight years. It is then infused with calcium, potassium, and magnesium. Meant to impress and reserved for special occasions, our Ultra-Aejo tequila speaks for itself.

Our Maître de Chai, Michel Casavecchia, meticulously hand-selects the rarest eaux-de-vie, some of which have rested for years in the cellars of the Chateau de Cognac, to craft the unique blend of D’USSÉ XO Cognac. Aged a minimum of ten years, the eaux-de-vie rest in French oak barrels to ensure the utmost complexity and depth in flavor. D’USSÉ XO Cognac delivers rich notes of ripe blackberry and apricot, layered with hints of dark chocolate and walnut, culminating in an exceptionally balanced finish. Long before the tequila had a name, country music legend George Strait has been drinking the private and nameless Anejo tequila for years. He even wrote a song about it. George Strait is offering this very limited edition bottle of his Codigo 1530 Anejo Tequila for his fans to enjoy. Codigo 1530 Tequila ages in Award Winning French Oak Barrels. The George Strait Special Edition Anejo is aged for 18 months and has hints of fruit, with subtle hints of oak and vanilla and a touch of spice on the finish. There is never a corner cut in Cdigo 1530's production. The sole purpose is to make the most selective tequila in the world using only perfect inputs and age old secret family processes. We use fully-matured Blue Weber Agave aged over 7 years. Each drop of Amatitn water we use is from freshwater pools and rainwater, filtered through the volcanic soil of Los Bajos. Our proprietary chopper allows us to extract only the best juice and pulp from the first press of agave to garner the purest flavor. Our fermentation process is highlighted by an organic yeast from a small family bakery in Amatitn. We add no chemicals, flavoring or sugar to maintain the rich, natural flavor of Los Bajos agave. Aged up to ten years under tight temperature and humidity controls, these barrels exemplify characteristics unlike any other. Hand selected by our distillers to encapsulate the unique flavors of Breckenridge: notes of butterscotch, candied orange, sultana raisin, bittersweet cacao.

Considered Chteau dEsclans finest wine, made from a single vineyard of nearly 100 year-old Grenache vines, entirely fermented and aged in large French oak barrels, the powerful and elegant Garrus was at the heart to Sacha Lichine's vision in 2006 to make ros grand. Today Garrus is firmly established as a world-class, iconic luxury ros. It is an impressive and concentrated ros with a creamy finish featuring rich and spicy notes rivaling any top white wine or prestige Champagne.

Laurent-Perrier Cuve Ros was first released in 1968. Its iconic bottle shape was inspired by the bottles used in Champagne centuries ago. Thanks to its consistently high quality and memorable bottle, Cuve Ros has become the most recognized ros Champagne worldwide and is the benchmark of its category.

Cuve Ros is made in a winery dedicated solely to its production. Grapes from carefully selected plots arrive at the winery and are meticulously sorted and destemmed before going into vats. Our proprietary maceration process is used which allows for skin contact typically for 48 to 72 hours. During that time, the wine obtains its color and develops the full aromatic richness of Pinot Noir. After the base wines are blended and bottled, Cuve Ros ages in the cellars for at least five years (six years for magnums). At disgorging, it receives a light dosage of 9 grams of sugar per liter, classifying it as a Brut Champagne. Laurent-Perrier Cuve Ros is made of 100% Pinot Noir from 10 different crus situated mainly in Montagne de Reims, including the grand crus of Ambonnay, Bouzy, Louvois and Tours-sur-Marne. It received a 93pt rating from the Wine Spectator.

With it, notes of honey and fresh hazelnuts. Single vintages gently taunt each other before finding their own harmony, sheltered in their decanter.

Bonneuil 2005 is a curiosity, an unparalleled field of expression. Forthright, polished and peremptory, if it were an object it would undoubtedly be the blade of a Japanese knife. Like the dancers of Edgar Degas, its dual qualities of precision and vitality perform a ballet in the glass; a pirouette of white flowers, supported by ripe quince that almost draws us into its spin. Pineapple hints at exoticism, while a light saltiness provides a lingering ocean finish.
