Dented Brick Premium Straight Rye Whiskey is made from 100% pumpernickel rye. This premium rye whiskey is milled, mashed, fermented and distilled in house and then brought to proof with the most important ingredient —artesian, limestone-filtered water, creating a unique flavor profile crafted from this mineral rich water.
TASTING NOTES
Aroma: Balance of vanilla and peppercorn with complex wood notes
Palate: Mild for a 100% rye but there is still plenty of cinnamon, clove, pepper, caramel, brown sugar, and oak
Finish: Medium length with more spice, smoke, and a thick texture
