Golden Moon Gin
Founded in 2008 in Golden, Colorado, Golden Moon Distillery, led by Stephen Gould and Karen Knight, creates handcrafted spirits and liqueurs using premium ingredients and traditional methods. They maintain a library of rare distilling books and operate four antique stills to put this knowledge into action. The distillery is eco-conscious, sourcing locally and minimizing waste. It received the Distillery of the Year award in 2019 from the American Distilling Institute and also operates a speakeasy-style cocktail lounge.
