Golden Moon Principium Colorado Single Malt Whiskey
Distilled from 100% malted barley, grown in Colorado and the surrounding states, and malted in Golden, Colorado. It is mashed, fermented, distilled at Golden Moon distillery, and aged in New American Oak casks. It is then bottled at 46% ABV (92 Proof). Golden Moon Principium is a uniquely Colorado Whiskey. Golden Moon Principium has a warm, sweet and malty nose characteristic. Great malt character on the palate, with a nice sweetness, caramel notes, and a spiciness on the finish.
