Each year, 6 barrels of the best French oak are reserved to continue to refine our vermouth for up to 14 months. The Limited Edition vermouth thus has a more Riojan, more vinous character. A gem.
With an iodine mahogany colour, it has notes of chocolate, raisins and cherry in liqueur on the nose. On the palate it is silky, sweet and very balanced, with notes of cherry and a bitter finish. Appropriate to serve both as an aperitif and as a dessert, accompanied by vanilla ice cream or almond cake.
